I recently started using the Konvio Neer pH Test Meter for monitoring my water quality, and it has been a total game-changer compared to messy litmus strips. Whether you are checking drinking water, an aquarium, or a hydroponic setup, this tool is incredibly handy.

calibrate before use.. not getting a stable reading, there are big jump in numbers. it has a auto off features, when we keep device in ph water to get a stable reading it turnsoff automatically after some time, again we have to turn on and wait for reading to set. NICE CUSTOMER SUPPORT 👍

It just refuses to calibrate. And I’m using room temperature(25-27deg C) de-ionized distilled water: Perfect pH 7 water. I tried it as is, and it didn’t read correctly. I tried the provided buffer solutions in this water, still nothing but errors. So I rinsed & cleaned the probe. Filled a new glass with pH 7 water, added another buffer solution. STILL gave me errors. Weird part is that the pen agreed to calibrate to either of the other benchmarks when using the buffer solutions. For example, when using the 4.01 solution, the pen only gave the error & refused to calibrate to 4.01 … but properly calibrated on the other 2 settings in that 4.01 solutions; which obviously doesn’t help anyone. Same with the 6.86, it technically calibrated to 4.01 & 9.18 in a 6.86 solution but gave me an error when choosing 6.86 in a 6.86 solution. Why does this happen? My pen is still in its case and I haven’t used it since. I’m a few weeks late to writing this review, but if the company could send me a working replacement, I will happily change this review to a positive because I really want this darn thing to work properly 😓

This product is very good. After sales service is excellent.

1.I am really confused to make a statement about the usefulness or accuracy as I used thier own buffers to calibrate both in liquid form and powder pouches.@ the drop bottle test I got a Color of my water which does match any of thier patches with ph meter aswell the ph paper test with thier given patches. 2, I really lost my patience while testing as it took more than 5 mins to come to final reading & I rested after the Instrument shut of automatically. I was testing the output water of my new ro uv uf mtds aquagaurd machine.

Did not turn on when delivered.Came with dead battery. Bought new batteries and turned on. Takes more than two mins to stabilize. Once stabilized, turned off automatically within a minute. Calibration process is lengthy and tedious. Have to use distilled water to clean the probe and for calibration. Not user friendly.

Hi, I bought this product 2 months back. It works very well and it's a good value for money. Pros: Very easy to use, good construction, excellent customer service, Value for money. Cons: It is not water proof, please be careful that you don't let water spill into the electronic side of the instrument. In case a recalibration is required, you have only one set of powders. Overall I am happy with the product. It is better than many others in the market. I found some issue with the display after 2 months of use. When I contacted the customer care of Konvio, they sent me a replacement without any questions.

Some of the test samples were missing. Had to return it.
