This was delivered yesterday. I didn't go out to the mailbox until this morning 6am. I drank some in water right away. You can really hardly taste it . It isn't nasty. I have been in pain for about a week. I am not sure if it is gout or arthritis. It is about 4pm. And I am feel much better. So I highly recommend this.

doesn't seem to work as well as magnesium citrate or glucinate or some other forms- I have a muscle issue where my muscles get quite weak- If i take a mag citrate I will actually feel an improvement- with this stuff I don't feel an improvement nearly as much- I've tried taking twice the recommended dose too- I don't think I will be repurchasing this- but keep in mind though that everyone's systems are different- I have a couple of health issues that could contribute to why this doesn't work as well as other forms-

Contrary to what the other reviewer wrote, who apparently can not read the label, there is 15mg of magnesium in the serving of 2x half dropper full (not per drop) and 35 servings per bottle. That means you would have to consume more than half the bottle, just to meet the RDA of magnesium. This is not so much a magnesium supplement, but rather a water flavor enhancer, since it has Stevia and Raspberry flavoring in it, or perhaps a Vitamin C supplement, since it has 230mg Vitamin C per serving.

I thought that this would contain at least 100 mg. It only contains 15 mg. There are other liquid magnesium products on the market that contain 100 mg per serving. I would check those out.

This form of magnesium is so much easier on my digestive tract than the tablets were. My stomach issues have completely resolved since switching to this ionic liquid. I wasn't sure changing to the ionic formula would make a difference, but it has made all the difference. I'm a believer now, and I'll be reordering when I start getting low.

This is a very high quality magnesium supplement that is readily absorbed by the body. As clearly mentioned on the bottle, there is 15mg per serving (15mg PER DROP). Half a dropper full (which is a small amount) is about the USDA recommended daily allowance. The bottle is small, but lasts a long time.
