Sparkling clean dishes
Oh my goodness! This thing washes just as good, if not better, than a full sized dishwasher. My tableware sparkling clean. No do overs. It works exactly as stated in the instructions. Its very easy to attach the drain hose with its included hose clamp, it weighs about 28.7 lbs. I did it myself. The drain hose did indeed attach to my sink and did not fly all over when water was discharged from it. My dishes were super clean. I kept saying out loud omg...omg this is amazing. I used the pitcher included and did not hook up to the sink. I read the book first to familiarize myself with the operation. Super quiet. The only thing that I heard was the dryer fan which is something of a high-pitched whistling sound. Of course this was my 1st use. I pray it holds out. I love this thing!!! It is too large for my countertop, but I used a kitchen cart I already had. It fit my 10 1/2 inch plates slanted as they should be when loaded. The utensil basket worked fabulous for me and held quite a load of flatware. It held more than abundant flatware. I've used it now 3 times. Each time I'm amazed! The utensil basket needs to be turned right-side up (for the reviewer that stated the holes are too small to hold average sized flatware). Take the top off and you'll see areas for the flatware. The top is for small items that can be put in it and then you use the top to snap it on so small items don't come out. LOVE THIS APPLIANCE!!! I will recommend to anyone that would need this type of appliance. Thank you for offering it!

Best Portable Washer Purchased To Date! Highly Recommended!
After purchasing a Comfee portable dishwasher back in February and then having it completely malfunction on me June of this year, after a mere few months of use, I was ready for a new machine. Enter the Novete, which is bigger, way more slick, stylish, sleek and chic, and more importantly, leaves my dishes perfect. How I WISH this had been my first purchase so as to not have to deal with the Comfee which is full of problems. This machine on Heavy mode will leave your dishes spotless, and with the auto dry setting, it makes things so much more convenient. On lighter modes like Rapid or Normal, I've also gotten VERY good results. The machine holds a lot more than you think, but unlike a regular conventional washer, you have to play Tetris a bit sometimes in accommodating everything inside the unit, but I promise it'll come out amazing. After using it as my replacement for the Comfee model, I couldn't be happier and I LOVE the auto dry feature and how the unit just does everything right. Also, you DON'T need to hook it up to your faucet. PLEASE avail yourselves of the pitcher and loading water up top and you get the exact same cleaning power minus hooking up issues. VERY pleased thus far! :) Also, I’ve added some photos of my machine during different cycles to show just how much it can hold. Pictures of any portable washer show then as small boxy things barely able to fit anything inside. On one load, I was easily able to fit my Dutch oven, a pasta colander, all the cutlery used, dishes and other utensils used during cooking with room to spare on the left hand side, as you can see. This model really can hold a lot, especially if you get creative and fit things in nooks and crannies and I’ve never had something come out not washed well.

Does a great job
This little thing does an amazingly good job. Its right up there with a full sized one for cleaning. I have used it for about 6 months and is works perfectly. No leaks, no issues. Manually filling it (it comes with a fill hose to do it automatically, but I didn't have a connection to test that) is easy enough. It's quiet and does its job. The tray for the dishes can fit alot, but my larger dishes needed to be moved over a slot to close properly. It just a matter of learning how to stack stuff in it. Considering the small amount of water it uses, not much more than a gallon, its super efficient. I wish there was a way to just turn on the led manually, but that turns off automatically. I really like it and it does a good job.

Compact dishwasher
This unit had all the features I wanted at an average cost. I used Affirm to split the cost into small payments. Setup was simple. The unit weighs 28#, and is compact enough to carry into place. You can fill the internal reservoir with hot water just prior to running a cycle keeping this really portable or hook it up to your faucet with a quick connect hose (included). The unit drains with gravity out a plastic tube (included) that can be simply set into your sink (has a plastic suction piece that can stick hose to your sink, so the hose doesn't move around) or connected under the sink into your drain pipe. The vendor claims you can fit a full four piece dish set inside. I have tall tumblers and fat coffee cups aside from plates, bowls, and silverware. I was unable to utilize the "top" rack as my items were too tall. I did fit four tumblers, two coffee cups, three bowls and 16 pcs of silverware. My handles are fat, so I could not leave the lid on the silverware container. If I was washing pacifiers, teethers or small lids, the lid would fit. Could likely get four pacifiers comfortably in the silverware container. It uses regular dishwasher pods or any commercial product. The water temperature is recommended to be 107deg F. I can see the pod plastic not dissolving if the temperature isn't high enough. I used a generic pod that had a very thin plastic overlay that contained powder. It worked well. My cabinets were too low for this to be truly a countertop unit. If I had a small cart with an open area below, I could have the unit drain into one of those 5 gal water jugs and it would be standalone. The unit uses a little over a gallon of water per cycle. Counter space is in short supply in my rental, and the unit is the size of a tall, deep microwave. For now, I used a wooden board to cover 1/2 of my double sink and put the unit on top of it. I left an inch of space to put the drain hose into the sink. I used the suction cup to stick the hose to the bottom of the sink. This worked. The unit is very quiet and does not shake. The control panel shows the temperature of the water, what cycle it is on and how much time is left. This unit has a drying cycle that will kick on and off to dry the dishes/unit so there are no weird smells. The unit has a filter that will catch dirt as it drains. This filter can be removed and rinsed to prevent any buildup. Overall, I think this would be great for a single person, in an RV, in a nursery, or a studio apartment. The standalone possibilities are very attractive to me. I'm giving 4 stars due to the unit being bigger than my imagined "countertop" size and my inability to fully utilize the "top rack" inside. I had real problems with delivery from my Amazon location, which detracts from the overall experience, but not related to the product. All of the other features worked as described. I am impressed with the idea of using this in a standalone application.

Huge Life Improvement
TL;DR: Overall AMAZING, cleans the impossible, but you can't pack it as full as advertised, and there's considerations you need to take with your detergent. PROS: This thing cleans the impossible. I often bake, and often residue is caked on like cement. That's no problem for this little machine, even on the speed setting. The water gets really nice and hot, and I often don't need to use the dry setting, and just open the door to let the steam out and they air dry very quickly. Though the dry function is nice if I'm out of the house. The unit is not too loud, but I would suggest putting it the pantry or under your sink, or wherever you can close a door. It can become annoying if you use it every day. I personally love the sound of a dishwasher running. On that note, it has a window. A great novelty for me. CONS: The upper cup rack attachment is useless. Not sure what cups they're designed for but nothing will fit up there like in the pictures. And if you do put something up there, the items below will not get cleaned. Thankfully it's only attached by two clips, and comes off easily. You cannot pack as many plates in it as advertised. If you do, they won't get cleaned. I found that using every other space is sufficient. This is not so much a con, as it is the nature of this sort of thing. But if you aren't draining directly into your sink, it's kind of a gross mess to deal with. I have it draining into buckets, and the drain hose quickly becomes very gross and slimy, and the drain bucket needs to be emptied quickly or it begins to smell something awful. I think the easiest way to use this would be to have it hooked up to your water line under the sink, store it there, and then set it atop the sink to drain directly into it whenever in use. It's very particular about the amount of detergent and the kind of detergent you use. I filled the little detergent cup full with liquid detergent, and the whole thing seized up with suds. Tech support was very helpful though, and walked me through how to resolve it. Since then I've switched to dry detergent and haven't had that issue. However, it's very easy to overfill the detergent cup. Never fill it all the way, or you will get a smelly residue. This may be due to the detergent however, not the dishwasher. UPDATE - 6 Months Later: After six months of use it's still working well. The beeper sometimes goes wonky. Not sure why. But it still cleans well and no issues as of yet. The drain pump will make an odd groaning sound now and then, but it's rare, and doesn't seem to be indicative of a malfunction. I've experimented with detergents, and found that the thinnest layer of dry detergent in the cup, just enough to cover the bottom, is more than sufficient to clean dishes. Use any more than that and all my glassware gets an awful (metallic smelling) film on it. I sometimes use liquid detergent, in a similarly conservative amount, and it seems to work well. No noticeable difference in cleanliness. I will experiment with different detergent brands and update later. Overall, a great buy.

Works great!
I've owned this dishwasher for 3 months now and started using it the day after it was delivered. Been using it since and can state that it really does wash great. It fit perfectly under the counter and is easy enough for me to move out to refill the water tank. I got it with a tank because I was afraid of any water leaks on an unknown appliance without testing first only to later find out my sink doesn't allow for adapter connections. It comes with a water pitcher to fill the tank and it takes 3 full pours of it to hear the tank jingle that it's got enough water. So far I've only used the heavy duty and normal modes along with the dry feature and it's been really good at keeping my dishes clean. The only issue I've noticed is if I forget to do a load often enough, certain food or sauces will be harder to get off utensils and plates and may need to be soaked to soften dried stuck on sauces/food or manual hand washing. In fairness to the dishwasher, I didn't have enough dishes for a full wash load and I forgot to run it as often as I normally do so the food had more time to kind of get stuck on there. I always enable the dry feature as I tend to sort of set it and forget it as I go about my day or before bed. The few times I've tried to take it out before the dry feature was done because I had new dishes to load and I was prepared to hand dry the ones still not dry, the plates were very hot still, so something to keep in mind. Much prefer the peace of mind knowing that the plates get nicely washed, to a good temperature, and dry very well for the most part. When drying, some of my mugs will pool water on the bottom of the mug (since you load them upside down) and will take much longer to dry. If you can slightly tilt the mugs at an angle, that will help a lot, but if not, maybe unload those last and dry them off by hand. Overall, as someone who requires some additional assistive tools to manage my home, I don't think I could ever go back to washing all my plates by hand. In fact, I now avoid buying cookware that isn't designated dishwasher safe. When buying a countertop dishwasher, regardless of which brand or model you use, make sure to check your measurements for your counter keeping in mind available space above your counter, if you can't connect the sink adapter or aren't sure if you can, keep in mind how much space you need for you to be able to remove the top lid to refill the water tank and if it will require you to move the dishwasher in and out from under the counter to be able to refill. TLDR: Great experience with this specific model and brand but overall, recommend getting a countertop dishwasher for quality of life improvement in general regardless of which brand or model you go with (so long as it works).

Works Perfectly - Couldn’t be happiuer
Amazing product! Works perfectly - super simple to use, great quality. I absolutely hate doing dishes manually and have done so for the last decade or so as I live in NYC and many apartments don’t come with a dishwasher - I would try and keep up but inevitably the dishes would pile up and stay there all week until I had not choice and spent my Saturday or Sunday morning washing them. Now, I clear the sink in less than a minute, don’t have to leave dishes out drying, get a better clean and totally eliminated the annoyance and procrastination associated with washing by hand! Highly recommend! I am one person, single man, and the size of the washer is perfect for me and can fit a lot of dishes/glasses/silverware - couldn’t be a better fit for me in a rental apartment.

I’m beyond disappointed and mad! Total misrepresent!
So I can’t get a dishwasher into my cabinets so I heavily researched , read comments etc and picked this. Was so excited to get it. Just set it up and immediately saw major issues. I set my items up exactly how their picture shows. #1 — They show their larger plates with plenty of room through the window. I measured my plates before I bought this, 10 1/2”, figured no problem, plenty of room. Well they wouldn’t even go in, the rack couldn’t slide back in. Even if I forced them in ( which I didn’t), the plates on the left would have reached so high they would have interfered with the top blade spinning water. #2— I have very normal flat wear, millions of people have similar. . It states the silverwear rack fits 7 forks, 7 knives and 7 spoons. Well, see my pics. Almost all slots are so short that I could fit exactly 4 utensils and no more, even though they state 21! Only 4 slots accommodated my flatware! So what am I supposed to do with a dishwasher that I can get only 4 utensils into? The only way you would possibly fit 21 is if you had that style flatware where the handles are like thin sticks, you know that modern kind. Otherwise, trust me, you’re washing your flatware by hand too. #3 — ok, let’s go to the mug situation. They show 3 normal size looking mugs on the “ rack” and one put on bottom. I have what I consider normal size mugs, look like everybody else’s mugs I know. Not even one could go in well. I finally took the smallest mug I have and kind of forced it in but it came real close to the spinning blades. Even at that size, you’re not getting 3 on that rack, not enough width to the shelf. Maybe expresso cups, that’s it! So what is this dishwasher for, might I ask? You can’t fit the plates up to 12” like they say. Can’t fit very normal mugs . Cant fit tons of flatware patterns ( mines very common). Why bother having this big thing sitting on your counter..what will it be washing and how much am I STILL going to have to wash by hand? So, so ridiculous. Btw, afterwards, I found a reviewer who liked how this brand cleaned, but had the same exact problem, his mugs and flatware didn’t fit. Packaged up, returning. Now my husband has to lug this big heavy thing back to UPS, I’m so, so mad. Please watch my video and see all my pics before you even consider this!

Works for small apartment owners who are busy.
Perfect, had for a while. Small issue with the top spinner but otherwise working great. (believe I can fix the issue of the top spinner, so 🤷♂️)

Too small for the cost
This dishwasher is a novel design as opposed to other designs. It is a higher height than other brands. The width and weight is appealing at first glance for storage in small spaces, however for me it was too small for my needs and too expensive to justify adaptation.
