I like this pen because it is effective AND easy to use. SUPER simple. It is easy on my hands to hold in different positions. My hands cramp easy so this is important to me. I also use it on my hands and it gives relief very quickly. I have used it on my neck/shoulder area for pulling muscles. And I have a compressed nerve that causes pain in thigh. It works extremely well for this. You have to try and feel around to find best spot to use to get best results. It is so easy that it is worth a try for any kind of pain. The pen puts out a electric sort of pulse but it does not hurt. Just start out at a low number and increase as you adjust. It's very intuitive. It has one button. Pressing on the side facing the top of the device turns it on and increases the intensity. Pressing downward decreases the intensity until it reaches zero. If you set it to zero it turns off after a few seconds. Even an idiot like me can figure it out in seconds.

This item is not the best, I kept getting shocked on the outside plastic part of the pen that doesn’t touch ur skin even on a low setting, the pain relief didn’t really change over product could of been better

This is so easy to ise! It takes one AA battery. I suggest removing the battery after each use to save tge battery life.I am paraplegic and after years of pushing myself around in a wheel chair I suffer from pain in my thumbs, wrists, elbows and shoulders. After using this daily for a week and toning down to every other day. My shoulders and neck font hurt. The absolute stabbing pain in my elbows has STOPPED! The pain in my thumbs is getting much better. I LOVE THIS THING! I will be ordering a back up in a few days!

This pen is very frequent and can gently relieve many of my arthritis symptoms. This product is great. I experienced it as soon as I received it. This is the most relaxing sensation in my jaw in years. It relaxes the muscles related to the compressed nerve plaques on my neck. It is very easy to operate, and the effect far exceeds my expectations. It is very suitable for personal use and very effective for me.

Not sure if I have a defective one, or not. Doesn’t work, only shocks my hand.

Not even worth getting 1 star!! Product was cheaply made, and never worked

this is my first time using this product and I honestly got to say I was very surprised and amazed by this product, not only is it easy to use but it really work, it’s good for sore muscles after a workout or just after a active day. I definitely recommend this product. Thank you!
