Bought this product as it seemed like a good deal at the time but although its unopened, it came without the 3.35inch ear spoon. Although it does its job, I won't be returning this but it does suck that it didn't come with the full set.

Easy to use and work great for ear wax removal to include belly button cleaning. Recommend cleaning with isopropyl alcohol after use
