Silk’n Sensepil Replacement Cartridge For At Home Permanent Hair Removal Device For Women And Men - 4,500 Pulses (Pack Of 3)

Well I thought this sounded too good to be true but gave it a shot. Been using for about three months and I'm down to shaving my legs every other week or so vs. every other day. I researched many many reviews so I had realistic expectations...it won't work overnight but I followed directions on using every two weeks and after the 2nd treatment noticed a definite reduction and as I stated now I have some stray stubborn hairs and have gone to every 4 weeks to zap those. I have only just now started to notice a reduction in stubborn chin hairs but upper lip is now totally smooth so it seems to take a little longer on coarser hair but it DOES work. I just can't believe it and wish I had this years ago. I use it at level 5 which I tolerate easily. A few times its made me flinch because it sort of feels like a rubber band pop or something but its definitely not painful and thats only on the face. I don't really feel anything on my legs which made me skeptical but I'm 100% pleased. Be prepared to buy replacement cartridges and they aren't cheap but still worth it and cheaper than salon laser treatments. I can normally do my face and chin, both legs, bikini area, and underarms one complete cycle plus the start of another before replacing the cartridge. It says 750 pulses per cartridge which is pretty accurate. As I stated I am 100% pleased with my purchase and considering the FACE FX for aging issues but can't find alot of reviews on it.

When I received the 3-pack of these cartridges from Amazon, they came in a plain cardboard box with the label "THIS IS A SET DO NOT SEPARATE". There was no pretty Silkn packaging. I thought they might be counterfeit. I returned them because I was skeptical and I read the other reviews. The same week, I ordered a 3-pack directly from the Silkn Website. When the package from Silkn arrived, it was IDENTICAL to the package I received from Amazon. Same label, no pretty packaging. The same order fulfillment company sent it. So rest assured... when you order these, you will receive the same thing you receive if you order directly from Silkn: Only cheaper and shipping is free. Update another year later.. Some of the other reviews are right: The replacement cartridges do not last as long as the original cartridge that came with your machine. Silkn SensEpil machines on Amazon show that they come with 1500 pulses initially. Standard replacement cartridges only have 750 pulses. It doesn't matter if you buy the standard replacement cartridges from Amazon or directly from Silkn.com, they all have 750 pulses. They will not last as long as the first one that comes with your machine. Silkn.com does offer Extra-Large Capacity cartridges with 1500 pulses, but it costs twice as much as a standard cartridge. The cost per pulse is the same regardless of whether you buy a standard cartridge or a high capacity one. Hope this helps.

I bought a Silk'n several years ago, and used it consistently for several months, then forgot about it. Pulled it out again this summer to touch up some spots on my legs and the light burned out mid session. I wasn't sure they still made the model I had, but found these replacement cartridges and they worked well.

I would have given this five stars but one of my cartridges did not work. I love the silk n Sens Epil device for touch ups at home. It is so much more conveniant than having to go to a salon and much more affordable. I would def recommend it for touch ups and small areas.

I went for a year without using my laser because the refill pods were so expensive, then these showed up and I am so glad to be able to afford them. They work perfectly in my laser and keep that pesky hair under control. Beats plucking and tearing and ingrown problems. Highly recommend.

I gave it ONE STAR due to the fact that two appeared to be used. Also, on Amazon it advertises and shows the 3 cartridges in their original pink manufacturer's boxes. When I received them, they were not in the pink packages but only in plastic inside a cardboard box with a label stating "DO NOT SALE SEPARATELY. Nothing is on these plastic containers or on the cartridges so have no idea where they are manufactured or by whom or if used and returned. I do not know where these cartridges were made and if they will damage my EXPENSIVE machine. Why not leave in the pink boxes as shown and eliminate the need to return these items, which is what I did after opening the box and calling Amazon. I ordered another set of 3 from a different company and just received them and they are not in the original pink manufacturer's boxes either. I phoned Amazon and they are checking into why they aren't. There is no mention that they are only in plastic with no verification that they are from Silk'n SensEpil. I could use them if I knew that they are not inferior and would not damage my machine. My first replacement was for one cartridge at $35 and it did come in the pink box and was happy with it. The only issue I had was that it didn't last long, i.e., 750 pulses vs. 1500 pulses from the cartridge that came with my machine making it last only half the time as the original cartridge. I ordered the 3 for $97.51 and ended up returning them. I have since read other reviews and see that others are concerned with the items not being in the manufacturer's box and say that they are not as strong and that many did not last very long. I am really hesitant in trying the three replacement cartridges and may call Amazon again and return them as well.

These cartridges are for the Sens Epil hair laser. These are not knock offs, but the real product that will fit into the pink Sens Epil laser unit. The economy pack is the way to go.

Cartridges were shipped out quickly and arrived in a timely manner. However, they are not good for the number of zaps promised. While that is what the Silk'n SensEpil hair removal system requires, I will continue to purchase unless there are other cartridges out there that do last the 750+ zaps as promised. Love my Silk'n SensEpil hair removal system. Hair does eventually disappear......permanently!
