Extremely easy to install without the need for any tools. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Have used it for the past 3 months and will recommend it to others.

This product simply doesn’t stay on. I’ve tried all the fittings, and the one that fits my tap doesn’t feel secure at all. As soon as the device clips on, the whole thing falls off. The design is absolutely useless. I have a standard mixer tap, the kind you'd find in many UK homes, and it still doesn’t work. Very disappointing and not worth the purchase.

You get 5 tap adapters and a key to tighten the adapter you need after removing the old nozzle on your tap, do this first then twist open the filter casing anti clockwise to remove the plastic packaging on the filter, once you've put the filter back into the device pull the catch anti clockwise and click it firmly onto the new adapter on your tap, push the button to go onto unfiltered and run the tap for 5 seconds, it will flush the filter(do this each day to keep it clean and prevent clogging), push the button to go back onto filtered, set the current month on the dial so you know when to replace the filter. i could taste the difference immediately, no more metallic after tastes in your water, nice product, good value & compact unlike some other versions i have seen.

Plastic Not a water softner Active carbon for odour and Cl. Non-refillable cartridge. Being plastic it always leaks regardless of how much tape one uses to insulate it. It also can’t screw completely as it skips on the last thread. Since it is locked to the tap connector if you twist the filter left ir right you are basically screwing/unscrewing it from the tap. If you manage to screw it tight enough and don’t move it and you don’t use it while tap is open all the way, it may be for you. Otherwise I can’t recommend the product purely on sturdiness!

Works as it says on the box. My faucet was slightly too small to use the flush fittings provided so I had to use the metal tie which does the job (also supplied in the box) The filter cartridge is easy to get to and quick to remove. My water flow reduced compared to without the filter (including unfiltered mode) so something to bear in mind for others.

The filter works well, but be prepared for it to fall off. The screw-on fitting has short threads and is made from a flexible plastic that doesn't give a rigid fit to the threads. As the filter unit fixes rigidly to the fitting the slightest movement can easily cause it to fall off. The rubber grommet is also too thick which doesn't even allow the fitting to engage properly with the threads. I replaced it with the grommet from the mixer I replaced, which allowed it to get a grip, but also allows it to leak. I tried using some silicone sealant to seal the threads, but it still leaks and occasionally falls off. The filter works well, but the mounting fixture is useless.

A pain to put on but once one it seems like it’s doing the job! However it is a big large in size, if it was smaller would’ve been perfect

Ah, this is great! Saved our drinking water. It’s not at good as back home in scandinavia - but it will definitely be good for whilst I live in Australia. Design is not very sleek though, hahaha very bulky and ugly - but that’s just my opinion

Para empezar ,decir que tiene unos materiales de primera, pero lo importante es el funcionamiento y la calidad del agua ,como funcionamiento es una maravilla, muy fácil de colocar apenas en 5 minutos, el agua que sale del grifo para lavar los platos ,sale con potencia pero no llega a salpicar como si hace lamentablemente el filtro de brita ,la calidad del agua es fantástica, hasta ahora para nosotros y nuestras mascotas compraba montones de botellas de agua y garrafas de 5 litros ,suponiendo a mi bolsillo un gasto monumental cada mes ,eso sin contar los dichosos viajes al supermercado y venir cargados con garrafas de agua o botellas ,el agua de valencia tiene muchísimo cloro a la vez que también cal y un olor desagradable ,este filtro de philips a cambiado el sabor del agua totalmente se acabaron los sabores raros con el agua directa del grifo al igual que el olor a cloro tan desagradable ,el agua sabe mejor que muchas aguas de venta en supermercados, lo recomiendo totalmente, si dudas entre este o el Brita ,y habiendo probado ambos te recomiendo este philips ,te gastarás menos dinero en filtros ,y el agua está súper buena.

I buyed new and I got an used filter… when I opened it was already wet so, I even don’t know how mutch it was used before.

Je suis très satisfaite du produit . Facile a installer et pratique avec les 2 sorties d eau. Bon système pour les personnes qui n ont pas envie d acheter des bouteilles d eau . Je recommande.

1) خرطوشة الفلتر صغيرة، وغير ممكن التحقق من معرفة اتساخها بالنظر فهي مغطاة بالبلاستيك. 2) لم يثبت على رأس الصنبور الخاص بالمغسلة لدي، احتجت إلى تركيب أداة إضافية اشتريتها بشكل منفصل. 3) استعمال ماء تتجاوز درجة حرارته 39c سوف يتلف الفلتر حسب كتيب الإرشادات المرفق ، وفي السعودية تتجاوز درجة حرارة الماء في الصيف هذا المعدل. 4) يجب اتباع خطة معينة حسب كتيب الإرشادات عند استعمال الفلتر وهو عند كل استعمال روتيني يجب تمرير الماء اولا مع الجهة غير المصفاة لمدة 5 ثوان ثم فتح الماء مع جهة الفلتر لمدة 5 ثوان أخرى، وذلك قبل كل استعمال روتيني.
