I’m really with the Philips AquaClean filter. It’s very easy to install, and you can taste the difference in the coffee. My machine stays cleaner, and I don’t have to descale it so often. Great quality, original product, and totally worth the price. I showed in the video how I installed it. I would definitely recommend it!

This is a basic product. The generic versions might be as good but I haven't really been able to tell. I would get these just because it's not that much more than the generics.

This is a needed item. Works good, but I think the price is crazy. 1 lasts me about 4 months. I try to get them on sale and buy multiples

Read the instructions carefully when installing filter! I prefer and recommend you watch a YouTube video on this procedure, much easier to understand. This filter is a perfect fit and although the manual states to change filter and descale every 3 months, every machine and situation is different depending on usage rate and water quality. I get a full year out of my filter and to descale. I believe that my filtered water from my refrigerator helps get more longevity of the filter. There is no substitute for the OEM filter.
