Very good product

I feel quite sleepy with these. The smell Is defo pungent but I've started taking just the two a day. Not sure if it's these but so do feel sleepier. Will have to update in a few weeks.

The efficacy of these tablets is supposed to be good but only time will tell

I have been taking spirulina for years on and off and I have never tried it in the tablet form.I suppose I quite like to feel hardcore when saying I drink the powder mixed with water straight without using it in smoothies etc.Yes, the spirulina (as well as chlorella) tastes quite... disgusting? I always compare it to the chicken poo only based on the smell and a bit of fishy under taste.So taking it in tablets form you completely avoid any ugly smell/taste experience. Yes, if you smell the contact of the bottle you get an idea of the taste but swallowing the tablets is super easy.You are taking 6 in one go. Which I think kinda makes up for about the spoonful I usually take in water.I am pleased to say it feels incredibly easy to take spirulina in tablets and this is a massive packaging. 500 tablets!!Spirulina as well as chlorella are both algae classed as green superfoods and I use to prioritise spirulina for the higher protein content especially so because I don't eat meat, Chlorella on the other hand has apparently better nutritional profile. I don't prioritise either nowadays and I like to use them both.I think especially for those who know their diet is not quite perfect I would definitely recommend taking either and for novice to green superfoods tablets seems the best.Very happy with the product.
