Installation was fairly straight forward. Took us about 30-35 minutes to get the WDH setup. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. The app works fine and saved my setup measurements. (I'd recommend writing these down outside of the app, just in case something happens)Out on the road the trailer was reasonably stable for windy conditions. Got home and parked with the trailer still attached to the truck overnight. Woke up this morning and we're leaking hydraulic fluid from the bottom of the ball assembly.I have emailed Weigh Safe support and I'm waiting on a response. Based on how we go about getting this thing repaired, I'll update my review. It really has the potential to be a good product, but we're off to a rough start. I am really hoping that they don't ask me to try and ship this massive steel brick back to them. This thing is chunky and weighs 35-40 pounds separate from the draw bar.

4 Boxes.Components appear to be very well made.Unboxed and looked at how to setup all components.Everything appears straightforward and looks like it will be very easy to setup.Weigh Safe app is very easy to use and also links to install videos.Bought this as a weight distribution / anti sway for an RV that I have ordered.RV hasn't come in yet so I will update once that comes in but I like everything so far. Will try and do a video when I go to pick up the trailer.Added bonus It appears you can order components from Weigh Safe to add the slider rack to the weigh safe draw bar and so you have a functional regular hitch that measures tongue weight without the antisway and weight distribution.

Initial set up is a little time consuming but easy enough. Once it's set up.....awesome! Best towing I've ever experienced. Looking forward to using it again.The only issue I have is it's leaking hydraulic fluid. Customer service said that it's normal as long as the gauge doesn't change. We will see! Otherwise it's five stars. Oh....if you try to return it, you have to pay for shipping.

I bought this hitch after taking my equalizer to a place to have it tuned. I was pretty sure they over adjusted me but there isn’t a way I could actually tell.This takes the guesswork out of it. Very expensive but I am very pleased so far. I know I’m not over adjusted and I know my tongue weight now! Ordered 2 more trailer brackets from customer service - easy process.I highly recommend this item. I will update if I find any issues!

I only had this hitch around 6 months, and I used it maybe 3 times a month. It cost me $1,400 total and the thing fell apart in less than a year.🤦🏿‍♂️

Customer service, when you get the right person, is helpful. This is kinda complicated to get it installed and leveled out at first, but once you do, it’s great. Pretty heavy! You Tube video is helpful. The plastic spacers broke and they are sending new ones. We think rubber would be better. All in all I do recommend this.

This hitch is a total gimmick do not buy it. I ordered this to replace a blue ox and thought it would be easier to setup on my 2021 GD Momentum 31 g toy hauler. We tow with a ram 3500 SRW. We followed the setup instructions and called for support but we had severe sway while operating the hitch. Nothing that was recommended resolved the issue. It was so bad that I went to local dealer and bought a blue ox to toe back home with. I called for additional support or to get a refund but nothing was provided because I used the hitch. Buyer beware

This hitch was very easy to set up and use. It is made of the highest quality. More than you would expect from a hitch. Customer service has been excellent.

This is fantastic. A huge improvement over my blue ox sway pro. Simple installation and easy to use.Highly recommend this WDH.
