Can this player delete/copy/move files? Thank you.

Please run the File tab on the Home screen to browse files. After selecting a file, long press OK button will bring up the file management option, and you can delete the file. Only the Delete function is available in the current version of the firmware, the Move/Copy function is not yet available. Kind regards

Will photo files show thumbnail previews?

Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, this media player shows thumbnail previews when browsing photos. When it browses one folder for the first time, it will scan all photos, please just wait for a while. After the scanning finished, It will show the thumbnail previews. Kind regards

Does it support surround sound at 7.1 or even 5.1?

The Atom 4K does not have built-in storage and can only play videos from external USB storage devices or microSD cards.
