Enjoying pasta again
We stopped eating pasta be abuse of the carbs and we can enjoy alfredo again. The neutral taste of the noodle allows the most flavor ftom the sauce. The flavor weight is light.

Perfect Low-Carb, Low-Calorie Pasta Substitute
What's not to like about an easy-to-prepare pasta substitute that is only 5 calories per 3oz serving? You only get 3g of carbs as well, compared to close to 60 for good old-fashioned pasta. This is an amazing product if you are feeling like some spaghetti but don't want the wheat, carbs, or calories of normal pasta. Miracle Noodles are essentially taste-free, so they will pick up whatever sauce or spices you put on them, which is perfect.

No…. Just No!
Texture is wrong. Made me sick to my stomach. Not safe for human consumption. I would not feed this to my dog! I did not think the nausea would ever end. The smell was all wrong too. I followed the instructions and they still came out tasting like something akin to a used condom crossed with waxy candle. Just gross. I will not be purchasing this again.

So easy while in a hurry
This lovely little pack of noodles is so easy when you’re in a hurry and you want to add noodles to a dish or a soup. Made a fabulous Korean type soup with soup stock, fresh vegetables, and leftover duck that a friend brought over because the portion was too big for her. Added all the little good things that make a nice Korean type soup and it was delicious! The noodles don’t really have a taste in themselves. But absorbed flavors very well.

Texture issue for me
Nothing wrong with this product. It just wasnt for me. I didnt like the texture or the stomach gurgles after.
