The image on the mug was completely pixelated, looks a lot more crisp in the product photos (which are obviously photoshopped but I had hopes). I knew it wasn’t a high end item but thought it would be better quality. Instead looked like someone made this on their home printer, definitely not worth $18. Also didn’t get the “free keychain”, and while I didn’t particularly like it or need it, why advertise it if you’re not going to include it? All around a waste of moneyUpdate: changed from one star to three because I found the keychain! Was throwing out the packaging materials and wanted to recycle the cardboard box; found the keychain was under all the styrofoam and at the bottom of the small box. The keychain seems better quality than the mug: the image is super crisp and feels like good quality metal. Overall I’m giving it three stars because I bought it as a gift for a friend who loves The Office and he thought it was hilarious so I’m happy he likes it.
