Bought this as a gift for a co-worker who is getting back in shape and starting to take her nutrition more seriously.SizeThis product is big, it will not fit into some cup holders in your vehicle or some machine's cup holders in the gym. Having said that, she uses it for her MMA fitness classes which are very similar to crossfit. The large size = more volume water-wise. The internal holders can hold your protein, pre/post workout mixes, nuts, snacks, anything really that is not a fixed size. At work I have seen her put to Meal Replacement shakes in there and trail mix for her snacks in between the MRS.UsageI have one of these myself and it isn't my go to shaker unless I am meal prepping and spacing out my meals. Its size is just larger than my basic needs for the gym which includes a pre-workout then just water for hydration for my workouts. My co-worker does take it almost everywhere she goes now.ConclusionBig size, 3 compartments, excellent for many uses from Gym to at work meal replacement powder holder.

This shaker is HUGE but it is great! I live the storage boxes that come with it! Perfect for traveling

While the bottle is very large and holds a lot, it does not fit into a car's cup holder. That was the only disappointment I had with this.

This shaker is the bomb! It holds so much and I love using the storage containers. I've used them for healthy snack as well as vitamins and protein. This shaker is quite massive but it allows you not to refill quite as often or shake the heck out of your protein with the extra room. I like it because I drink about three full shakers of water a day and feel well hydrated. I just ordered a red one for my best friend/workout buddy.

I bought it because it holds 1 liter and it came with the screen plus 3-compartment container for your powders. The only issue I have is that it leaks. Which is a big problem :(

I bought 2 of these one pink one blue. I will say that it does not leak and i like the compartments but the reason i give this a negative review is that i used this for about 8 hours and dropped it the bottom broke off. It's not fixable or usable. Not worth $10

I bought this shaker as part of a gift set for my mother who needed a shaker bottle. I accidentally bought two and decided to use one before gifting hers. I love it! The removable insert is great for transporting different powders...it's so nice to be able to keep them separate from the liquid until I'm ready to mix them. So far, the cup is spill proof. I shook everything together pretty vigorously and nothing leaked out. I definitely recommend this product.

I like it, but it's HUGE. I ended up buying a different brand but I still use this for my son's homemade coconut milk.

5 star customer service!!!! After a bumpy start , where my initial order was damaged in transit via amazon, I received the replacement. Core150 customer service was fantastic and very fast.The product is great, I use shakers everyday and this product makes storage easy for my protein powder or snacks and can hold hot or cold drinks. I am very impressed by the product. Sturdy, well made and wow popping colour. Its a 1 litre bottle so good for getting the daily water intake!!! also has a neat mesh for making sure your protein shakes are lump free.If you have only had the branded usual shakers you get, give core150 a try it will be worth it!I am already deciding on the next colour!!! One request, can you make the shaker in a 600ml version this would be amazing!

Absolutely perfect. It was proving difficult to find a bottle big enough before I found this. This holds what I need it to, looks great, and is very solid. The middle compartment is also really sturdy and the perfect size for powder or snacks. I need another one and will definitely buy another of these.

Use this for making lunch shakes at work, looks great and has good sized compartments which stay dry and all fits in the bottle :)
