Excellent bang for the buck.
Pretty sturdy and surprisingly good for the price.I wouldn't go over say 300lbs on it.Quick to put together, but the directions do kind of suck. Can also be used with a bench.The width is adjustable.

Sturdiness and cost effective
Bought one for my home gym, easy to assembly, and it is really sturdy than my expectation, several position adjustment make it much easy to use. And the most important is not that expensive.

Assembly
Was delivered in secure box. Took longer than anticipated to assemble as there were several pieces. My high school son is using the piece of equipment and is satisfied with it to this point.
