KNIPEX Tools Cobra Water Pump Pliers XS, 4 inch

I love Knipex Cobra Pliers. They bite down and hold tight. The adjustable width makes it easy to find just the right size you need for maximum grip. They are very sturdy and versatile, but keep in mind, they will cause "bite marks" on what ever you are grabbing with you pliers. Sometimes, you just need a nut off and don't care about the looks of it afterwords. As long as it is off, mission accomplished! As you can see in my photo, I like these so much, I have several of them in different sizes. Try them once and they will become you go to pliers.

These pliers are awesome!!! I’m used to Klein tools for my type of work and these seem to be of the same if not better quality. I’m extremely impressed with the finish and design. I recommend this to anybody who needs a handy set of pliers to carry around for smaller jobs. if you do plan on using this for daily work, obviously get a bigger size because this is comically small but it is handy for EDC and emergencies.

Terrific little pliers. This pliers is easy to use and works very well. It is expensive for its size but it also very well made. I'm impressed with this tool and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another.

Solid pliers work very well, lock in on the adjustable side and it holds. Locks in place, fits it pocket not bulky.

I’m an older woman, and my hands just do not grip like they used to. I’ve carried a tiny Gerber mini-multitool with pliers for a few years, but these are so much more powerful and useful that I now carry them, and keep the multitool only for its knife, awl and screwdriver. Forced to choose, these would be No. 1. They handle big jobs, but are tooled so well that they can serve as tweezers in a pinch (pun intended).

I carry a pair of these daily on a pocket rack with a 711L ratchet on the other side. They've come in handy many, many times. I didn't realize how often these would be put to use, especially travelling. Lightweight, compact, and tough as nails.

Drops in to the left tool pocket of my work dungarees without being too long and sticking out to catch on anything or being too short to retrieve from the pocket easily. Opens far enough to get on a 1" bolt head or grip anything tubular up to 1" outer diameter. Smart design that only requires pressure on the back handle to retain its grip on whatever you're working on. There's one size smaller than this, but I found it to be just a little too small to be very useful. I also own the 5 inch Knipex Pliers Wrench. I carry this and the pliers wrench at work because I connect and disconnect hydraulic lines fairly regularly and need two pliers to do it. But, just for around the house or other places I might go when not at work, I just carry this one. It's a pretty good general tool that can do anything from tighten a garden hose connector to tear out that pop can lid that didn't open right.

well worth the price!! these grip and lock as it says. I haven't had these slip and don't think that it ever will. these have been great ever time I have used these. the design is great and is made of only high quality materials. these are the easiest to use because of the locking mechanism. they don't weigh much and are easy to use. I have put lots of force through these and they have never disappointed. I have seen them hold lots of weight through both me and others standing on these while testing them. therefore I don't think weight/for capacity is going to be a problem for anyone.

The size is small and can easily be used to take out aerator from the basin tap

Pour avoir eu l'occasion de travailler avec de nombreuses pinces multiprise de différentes marques (du bas de gamme jusqu'à du très haut de gamme), je dois dire que c'est tout simplement la meilleure de toute ! Sa qualité, sa finition, son poids, son grip, son efficacité, ... Bref la marque a sa réputation et cette pince Cobra le prouve.

It is really strong for its size . A good investment if you love tools. Grips excellent.
