I got a dud, but they are replacing it! Yay Keurig!
Update: I contacted Keurig's Customer Support and after providing a copy of my invoice and a photo of the serial number, they are sending a new machine. I was extremely surprised at how quickly they took care of this issue. I submitted my paperwork this morning and the new machine is supposed to be shipped this afternoon. Amazing!!!! I purchased this Keurig on October 11, 2025, and it decided to stop working on December 16, 2025. Since it was after the return time for Amazon, I reached out to the Keurig company and if they decide to replace it, they may replace it with a new or refurbished machine. This is at least my sixth Keurig and I am not very happy with it or the warranty provided by Keurig. This machine was barely used and has already died and now I'm having to jump through hoops to get it replaced. This may be the last Keurig I purchase especially since there are many other options out there that use K-Cups.

Best Cup of Coffee
I upgraded my previous Keurig coffee maker that I bought in 2013. It was worth the upgrade. I like how easy this machine is to use. Easy setup: Right out of the box there was little that needed to be done. Just remove factory tape, plug it in and run a single water only cycle and good to go. Taste: I use a quality coffee. I played with the "strong" button and that was one of the best cups of coffee I've had. Speed: Hot water on demand. This machine heats the water right before it hits the pod. There is no internal reservoir the water is first pumped into to heat first. This means the speed of use is much faster. My previous unit had this and it took a bit longer to get that first cup. Because there is no internal reservoir there is less places for scaling to take place. Using filtered water also reduces this buildup. Extraction: This unit is cooler than some other units and extracts at 192 with a final cup temp of about 165. This is less than coffee enthusiasts recommend. I taste no difference as my coffee still had a rich and bold flavor. For someone who enjoys coffee without all the fine tuning this works great. Ascetically pleasing: I love how small this unit is and how it looks on the counter. It doesn't have a LCD readout with the time or a way to auto set for an automatic cup. The hot water on demand eliminates this need. Just turn it on and you have a cup in maybe a minute. Also, without an LCD display, less to break. Clean up: The area that the pod is inserted in is not concave as my previous unit was. It can be easily wiped clean. My previous unit could get a buildup of crud around the pod area. That can't happen with this unit. Descaling setting: While I've not used it yet, I like that it has a descaling setting when I do clean out my machine. My previous didn't have this and it took longer to run cycles. Cons: Factory taste!! My first two cups of coffee tasted like crap. I assumed this was because it was still getting the factory taste out of the unit. On the 3rd attempt I used the "strong" button and wow I tasted a difference. I'm also using zero water for my coffee. Overall if you want a "no thrills" machine that makes coffee fast and very well then I recommend this product.

Only worked for 3 months!
I purchased this product 3 months ago and it quit working! I tried to get Keurig to replace it due to the 1 yr warranty and they refuse because they say it was used and it is not coming from an authorized retailer!! I purchased a new not used coffee maker from Amazon. What is going on here!! DO NOT BUY! Kuerig came through and stood by their warrantee, after another review! I loved this coffee pot hopefully I will have better luck with the replacement. I have had 5 or 6 Kuerig coffee pots and this is the only one that didn’t last very long but happy they replaced it as warranted stated!

Finally a Keurig That Gives You A Good Cup of Coffee (Using Your Own Coffee)
We have had Keurig coffee pots for a number of years now. I have never had a great cup of coffee from them, until now. If you have been round for a lot of years, you remember the old percolators, the water boiled and the water kept rising up, covering the grounds until you reached the color, flavor you wanted. The Keurigs were designed to be used with those annoying little plastic pods with preloaded coffee and the water was confined to the plastic cup. The coffee could taste pretty good. The insanity of all those plastic pods was a wasteful and polluting choice. So we purchased re usable plastic pods, here we go again, plastic. At least I could buy my whole beans and grind them, recycling the grounds into my compost bin. Okay, however I was never satisfied with the strength of the coffee, even WITH the strong setting. Now this pot has the five injectors to spread the water over the grounds, remember, now you only have one chance, so now spreading the water over the whole pod yields a great cup of coffee. Why did it take them so long to improve the system? Well they finally did. We purchased the Compresso Stainless Steel Reusable Pods that were designed for this new series of Keurigs. That said, the pot is really easy to use and it is incredibably fast. We have always used ultra clean water and have never used the filter that comes with this pot. We use RO water that yields 4 ppm of Total Disoved Solids. Pot is a great improvement and of course they are all easy to use. Only time will tell if this new pot is durable.

Simple, fast, and works great
This Keurig works exactly as expected. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, and makes a consistently good cup of coffee. The different brew sizes are handy, and the machine does not take up much counter space. No issues so far. If you want a straightforward single-serve coffee maker that just works, this one does the job.

Great price, great product
Works great! If you do get re-fillable pods the top will not quite close all the way, it still works though and doesn't spill. There isn't any wait time to turn on and start brewing, no long heat up process at all. Super fast and has a strong option. The black color looks great and sleek in our kitchen. Will buy again whenever this one wears down, 2 people use it about 5-6 times a day. The unit is light weight so moving it for refill or changing locations is really easy.

Will do everything it is supposed to do.
This unit is excellent. We had a classic for 7 years. It was ok. It was noisy and slow, but it worked. This new K-Supreme just runs laps around it. First it has 4 fill sizes. It is extremely quiet. It doesn't have to warm up first. It just heats on the fly. The pod bucket pierces your k-cup in 5 spots, flooding the pod much better than the single pierce, and lastly, the refill tank has a handle on it making it really easy to lift the entire water tank off the base for easy refilling. The tank also has a charcoal filter to filter your water before it goes into the machine. My only complaint, and it's very minimal, is that the base of the unit is a little spongy. It could have been more rigid. But that's it. Head and shoulders above our old classic.

Somebody messed up !
DOA - Returned next day First it was not even the same coffee maker as the box that it was in. ( that had me suspicious ) I bought the BLACK one which is what the box indicated. ( the one inside was SILVER ) The box said it was a BLACK Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. The machine inside was a Keurig K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker. ( which would have been an upgrade ) The way the product was packaged in the box was not very good. ( just a simple foam bag, nothing else to keep it from shifting around in the box ) Everything was in the box. ( Huzzah ) The drip tray was nasty and smelled burnt. ( it was covered in a burnt substance which did wash off after some soaking and effort ) Then we tried to use it........it was Dead on Arrival. ( never powered on no matter what we tried ) We even checked the instructions to make sure we didn't miss anything. ( this was bought to replace the one we had that died a month ago ) Packaged it back up in the Keurig retail box, inside the Keurig shipping box and dropped it off at UPS for a refund. My guess is someone messed up and shipped a unit that was tested to failure . Wont keep me from using Keurig but makes me not as happy about their products. Already ordered another one. Will see how the new one does. P.S. Wish I had taken pictures of everything now. ( couldn't believe it would turn out this way ) UPDATE: Second unit arrived undamaged, in original box, with proper packaging you would expect. This time it was the model I ordered and is working flawlessly. Now am just waiting on my refund for the "other" unit that was returned.
