Ideal for painting intricate windows or doors
This stuff is ideal when painting intricate windows or doors when masking up would be tricky or take a long time , sure you can cut in generally by hand but this can save a lot of time when cutting in areas can be fiddly. Two coats of this and you’re away, once all done, score round and peel leaving a perfect finish .Goes a long way, primes any wood you get it on at the same time . Generally adheres well, you may find issues from glass that’s had certain cleaners on it more recently and you’ll get a reaction from silicones etc, worth giving the glass a quick clean off first to prevent that although found a third coat can often overcome that and make it work

Great product - Saved me a lot of time
I have ordered a lot from Amazon over the years but I have never posted a review. However, I felt I had to for this product. I have 8 doors to paint with 15 panes of glass per door. I dreaded the prospect of applying masking tape to every pane of glass, both sides of the door. So I did some investigation and found out about liquid masking via Youtube. It looked straightforward enough but I was still a bit sceptical as to how good it really was. I ordered some and following the instructions I got to work. And the result way exceeded my expectations. After removing the mask I was left with a 16 panes with edges that were beautifully finished. No mess and very little remedial work. This is such a great product and I thoroughly recommend it. I think the key is to apply it as per instructions, make sure it is cured before painting and use a sharp knife (I use a Stanley Knife) to cut round the edges, then carefully remove the mask.

Amazing!
Follow the steps on the tin, I left overnight to fully dry but probably could have done less. This did not disappoint the peeling off part was very satisfying! This fully deserves five stars and can’t wait to use again.

You can scrap it off after so allows you to paint over the edges

It works!
Just used it. Great product, it does what says on tin!

Terrible product
The media could not be loaded. You put it on the glass and it just splits in seconds so does not form a solid barrier. I have tried washing the windows multiple times with various detergents or just clean water and it still makes no difference. Completely useless product

Mixed reviews
The product worked brilliant on internal windows and French doors, just as it should. But using it on old timber frame external windows, condensation interferes and prevents it from bonding properly, causing it to flake off and make a real mess.It still worked, but a lot of scraping and clean which added time.

Great product and saves time
This is a game changer, bought for my husband who works in construction and his exact words were “game changer” it’s saved him a huge amount of time with restoring windows/doors etc but he does say you need to apply two coats. This may look expensive but he says it’s lasted over a few jobs and when you work out the cost, time saved and usage over jobs it’s very cost effective.
