Amazing read
Title : Hiranya Kashyap- The Narasimha Trilogy(book 2 )Author : KevinmissalThis is a very gripping story. Although I decided not to reveal the whole story but I must give you a glimpse of what this book is all about.A vengeful Hiranyakashyap seeks to destroy Indra’s kingdom, but he’s haunted by his aik Prahlad’s decision to oppose him. Narasimha is on a quest to find Prahlad but, on his way, he comes across an old friend and an ancient poison that threatens to derail his plans. A furious Holika hunts for her nephew, only to discover painful details about his childhood that make her rethink her actions.Kevin Missal is well known for his previous mythology masterpiece. I’m fond of reading books on mythology genre and I have earlier read Kalki and I’m in love with the way the author has penned down his thoughts and written such an engaging books.I appreciate the author for coming up with such a great stories. I’m still astonished by the thought that how different the real story is than what we’ve heard. The author has portrayed the characters so well and the entire plot is so gripping, I was curious to know more what happens next. The plot is so interesting, I never felt drowsy while reading. Sometimes I do feel drowsy while reading, if it it dosent interest me😜. Anyway, I’m always up for reading mythology.I highly recommend this beaut.I will give it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟/5

Hola my Stars and Bookblues,#bookreviewTitle : Hiranya Kashyap (The Narasimha Trilogy)Author : Kevin MissalRating : 5/5Hiranya Kashyap is second part of Narasimha Trilogy. I m a mythology fan as well as Kevin Missal fan. I have read the first part and was eagerly waiting for 2nd book release. And I m glad dat I got to read this book. The book revolves around Hiranyakashyap and his own son Prahlad who is face to face with his father. Prahlad is against his father's decision. And he find out some past from Dhriti. Later when Hiranyakashyap wants to take revenge on Indra he find his son blocking him. Will Hiranyakashyap mind change by seeing his son? To know about more do pick up this book.I will be waiting for the third part. There are many reasons why I love his books.✨ First of all his book covers are marvellous. Not just this book, all the books I find it attracted.✨ I admire the writing style if Author and they way I feel while reading the book, I seriously feel I m visually everything before my eyes.✨ This book ending make us waiting the next part which is not possible by all.✨ An easy read, according to me mythology is usually difficult if it's not explained well and author has done a great job over there too.

An apt Sequel to the first book
As the characters build and grow, the wars and scheming become more sinister. The sequel is fast paced with good twists & turns. A few new characters who work around the main protagonists. A good read.

Good Read
I like Kevin Missal sir's writing from Kalki I had read Kalki series and after that Narasimha and Hiranyakashyap. I know the pralhad story from school time but it can this type was very fascinating for me. I love the story and the way it is written and once you reach the end you want to read what will happen next. It's a very good book who love mythology and someone who doesn't they can also enjoy the book.

A perfect Continuation
This book is a perfect continuation of the series, catching up with the story building and character development. And maintained the cliffhanger and suspense.Starting from the cover, and then the terminology and the chronology chart, it made you feel at home and bring you to the ambience of the series. The story starts from where it left. The parvati part is picked later in the story and similarly that of Andhaka. The story progress at is own pace and kept me intact.Character development is awesome and each character get their part. Personally I want to know more about Andhaka and he should have received more spotlight. My favourite character is Holika, she is the closest representation of a common human being, And I find her resonating with myself.Talking about writing style, it's nothing changed, except for the fact that it felt more flowing. The chapters are named as character names -Hiranyakashyap, Holika, Parvati, Prahlad, Chenchen and Andhaka which helps in shifting the point of reference to the ambience of that character. Some details might be stretched, and exolored more, but Kevin decided to make it crisp and a page turner (btw who don't like a good page turner). The added maps and chronology chart helped in providing a close look in the timeline and made me famlier with the kingdom. And, everyone knows that I'm a big fan of maps and illustrations.Thia is a satisfactory and gripping read, please go ahead. A added benifit in form of summarised chapter about 1st book is added. So... u can start from here, and then go back to 1st one if you like this.
