My kids were not into these. Were too hard to scratch even at 6 yrs old. Savings for next year. But I will say these are suuuuuuuper messy, would advise parents to plan on using them outside or have shavings all over the house and mashed into every fabric possible (which stains and does not come out). Think of a lottery scratcher ticket but 1000 times more mess.
