3 in 1 Kitchen Faucet

This sink saved us some major countertop work when we decided to add a filtered water input to our kitchen. Having a single hole in the countertop was a constraint that lead us to this sink. The sprayer is a nice touch, too. Great value, quality, and appearance.

I purchased this faucet 2.5 years ago, I wanted it because it was a smaller 3-way style faucet than the other ones sold on Amazon that looked like they belonged in a commercial kitchen, not a home kitchen, and I loved the black metal look. So, with 2.5 years of use, how does it perform? Fantastic. It feels solid and secure, the neck has limited motion but enough range to easily cover my standard double sink. I felt compelled to write this review because a slight drip developed out of the main spout after 2.5 years and it became impossible to ignore. I will admit I was frustrated with the lack of instructions available online to disassemble the faucet, and it took some trial and error to figure it out (hint: anything that looks like a rivet is actually s removable tab that reveals a screw that can be undone with an Allen key). Once I disassembled the spout, there was a cartridge that contained two small ceramic plates which controlled the water flow, and those plates were dirty. I cleaned the plates and put everything back together and it resolved the drip. Aside from lack of instructions online, I was also frustrated there was no website for the company that sells this model. I contacted the seller through this listing, told them about the problem and they got back to me immediately. As a consolation, they sent me two more brand new cartridges to replace the one I cleaned if the issue happens again. I’m happy to say the drip has not returned, but I really appreciated the customer service they delivered even 2.5 years later. That kind of service gets five stars every time.

Update- It's been 2 years, I had to replace the valve under my sink, when I reconnected the hoses, one of them started leaking where the connector was cramped. I actually never touched the area that was cramped. I originally thought of replacing the hoses before installing the ones that came with the faucet but in the end didn't did. I should have, the hoses are of poor quality, very thin and they bend very easily. The cramp to one of the connectors became loose. I'm lucky this happened the way it did, having a cramp give and flood your kitchen sucks. Nonetheless, I still think it's a good faucet. If you buy it, get better hoses. Original review- it's been a year now. This faucet is well made, there is very little plastic. So far so good, it's the favorite kitchen faucet I've had. There's been no discoloration, no leaks. I love the fact that I can get my RO water from one unit.

Overall, this is a nice faucet for the money. It was easy to install and so far so good.

Overall was a good looking faucet, low price, functions were ok. The main issue is that is not intuitive, it's complicated to use and the functions you thought it should have, like locking pressure washing, it doesn't have it. So it defeats the purpose of wanting free hands use. The worst just happened now, 6 months after installing. As we were about to leave camping this thing just exploded and showered my kitchen! The hose came off from the nipple and even though it came all together from factory, this thing was not secured tightly enough. The issue is that now it goes on and off relatively easy. Easy enough that I wouldn't try to fix it and have my kitchen flooded as a risk. NOT worth it!! At ALL!! DO spend a little bit more money on something of better quality. Having a flooded kitchen is not worth the $100 bucks you'll save by getting this product. ***ALSO, not Amazon, seller, NO ONE is available to help you solve this issue. This product comes with a puny 30-day warranty. That should tell you everything you need to know about how cheap this stuff is. NOT WORTH IT!!!!! DO NOT BUY - you've been warned.

Great product I think is going to be difficult to find spare parts for repair it

I’m giving this product five ⭐️ because of their customer service and support response & I love the look and features of this product. When a very small plastic plug that covers an Allen wrench servicing area on the faucet head was lost I reached out and they sent me a new one along with other nice faucet parts free of charge! I currently don’t need the add’l parts they sent but I will keep as perhaps sometime I will. I mentioned to them that I noticed since installed that the sprayer does heat up when using hot water but I’m used to it and look out for that issue. Although not ideal, I love the aesthetics of it too much to really bother me. They said they are in process of addressing this with a sleeve or something and they’ll send it out once that’s sorted out.

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND NO SUPPORT AT ALL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONYONE. I WOULD EVEN SAY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY ENEMY HAVE THIS WITH "THE SUPPORT AND QUALITY" PROVIDED. WE PURCHASED FOR THE NICE DESIGN- WASTED MONEY STRESS

Buena calidad en sus componentes, queda firme sobre la encimera, buen flujo de agua, no le di 5 estrellas porque el brazo para llenar cacerolas o lavar trastes es muy corto, el acabado estupendo asi que se recomienda.
