These massage balls are decent quality and come at a great price, especially for a set of two. They’re helpful for general muscle relief and yoga therapy, but they’re softer than I was expecting. If you're looking for deep, intense pressure for serious knots or trigger points, they might not be firm enough. Still, they work well for lighter massage and are a good value overall.

I bought these for my foot pain and basically just kind of stand / massage my foot with them lol. For that purpose they are great! Not too expensive, they are pretty sturdy (don’t bend in if you put more weight on it) and they’re maybe a tad but smaller than a tennis ball I think but it’s not a detriment to my use for it. As a random side note - I wouldn’t say there super bouncy if that matters to anyone. 10/10 would buy for foot massage again.

For the last 5 months I have been dealing with a nagging pain between my shoulder blades, that no matter how much my chiropractor tried (and how much i foam rolled), that vertebrae would not move... and it was because my entire upper back felt like a rock. Every morning I woke up feeling like I got in a car accident in my sleep - i was just so tight and sore .... from sleeping! As soon as I saw the notification that Amazon delivered these massage balls, I dropped everything and got right to work. I spent 20 painful minutes releasing the left side of my back from the top of my shoulder to the bottom of my shoulder blade. Every single spot was tight and needed attention. Then I spent a few minutes along my spine on the right side where that stubborn vertebrae was. At that point I felt ready I asked my husband to give me a giant bear hug and POP! That vertebrae that refused to move for 5 MONTHS finally popped back into place! Instant relief! I felt like I could cry I was so happy. That night, I laid in bed on my side, and for the first time in two years, it didn't hurt to lay down. My ribs weren't pinching and the ache between my shoulder blades was finally gone. I actually got a good night of sleep, and I didn't wake up in horrific pain! Today is day 2. I spent 20 minutes on the right side of my back to balance things out (top of the shoulder to the bottom of my shoulder blade, again). All of the myofacial release actually made me feel quite exhausted, which apparently is normal as youbgain blood flow and yoir body is doing a lot of healing. I guzzled loads of water and rested to allow my body to heal... but man, does my back feel so much better than it has in years. I don't know how I lived so long without these things - something so simple has provided me with so much relief in such a short time!! I am sure I will tell everyone I know about how they changed my life for the better.
