I am really excited to use this, won’t get to put it to use until Thursday. But it’s really nice for the price

As a billboard installer, we have to wear lots of PPE which gets in the way of reaching into your pockets and reaching for a knife. This kit not only has its own lanyard, but it comes with a holdster and clip that can be clamped on anywhere on my equipment. My favorite feature is its self-retracting blade which makes it much easier, safer, and quicker to get my job done. The Only bad thing I have to say about this product is that the clamp broke two weeks Into using it, but fair enough to say I put that holdster through a lot of stress.

Downtime at my main job means needing to help our grocery manager get product on the floor, and most times the store provided box cutters barely do the job. I tend to buy my own as I was also a vendor prior. This cutter makes me feel like the coolest kid on your block, too. Super sharp blades with a built in storage for more that you can change in a blink. (I have a coworker that won't use mine because it is that sharp). It's got more weight to it and clicks right into the holster unlike the cheaper plastic one I had prior. I did break the springy lanyard part within a day but it holds perfectly fine inside the holster so no big deal. I love the easy thumb push safety blade, and the snazzy colors. This is my favorite box cutter. I've named him Edgar.

Very solid tool. I have dropped it a few times, and it holds up well. Love the safety retraction feature. That is why I bought it in the first place. I also bought it for the hooked blades. Cutting open boxes without cutting the product inside was a huge plus! Only issue is it occasionally gets tape stuck when it retracts and I need to pull it off to be able to retract. It works great for thin cardboard, stretch wrap and cutting duct tape but plastic tape it struggles a little with. Clips extremely well into the holder. Doesn't hold it too tightly or let it fall out unless you really try.

Great knife with holster use it often at my warehouse volunteer job

The knife body is a reasonable quality, and feels like it will last. The blade is very easy to change. There is blade storage for 3 blades that is easy to get to, but yet will stay closed. The holster is decent, but has some flaws. First off, the way the clip is designed it's not strong enough to clip to your pocket. The only way it will work is to clip it to your belt. This is pain in the ass, and has it riding too high up. The second flaw comes from it riding too high up. Every time you go to put the knife in the holster your clothing is in the way. This makes for a very unnecessary hassle. I feel that the knife should have a pocket clip on the side rather than a holster. I know that there are no retractable or self-retractable knives that have this. But from looking at the body, I see no reason that a pocket clip couldn't be built onto the side. This would be a huge improvement.

It is very well made and sturdy. Automatic Retractable blade feature is great for safety. Storage for extra blades. Blade change is easy.
