Clearpoint Break-Resistant Mechanical Pencils 0.7mm HB 2 Lead

We have finally found the perfect push pencils and are sticking with these. We had been back and forth between a couple brands, each of them having something we didn’t like about them. They write well, they feel good, there’s no awkward button digging into my hand, they erase well, they’re perfect. Lol

I’m a student and I write a ton, this pencil is perfect. Others are saying the break resistant is faulty, but it doesn’t break nearly as much as the average mechanical pencil, and no matter what, why would you think $10 pencils would be that perfect? It has a nice look, comfortable to hold, the erasers work amazing, and is smooth to write with. The only con I have is there isn’t much lead that comes with them. If you need new mechanical pencils and can’t choose, pick these, they’re amazing for their price.

This Paper Mate Clearpoint Break-Resistant Mechanical Pencils is GREAT! The grip is good, the lead doesn't break easy - smooth writing - doesn't crack easily. This is a very good pencil! I've been using this pencil seven months. Compared to other mechanical pencils I have used it rates a 9* (from 1-5)! Not too sure about the availability of the refill erasers - wish they had more color options.

These are getting hard to find , cudos to this seller 👍 These have been my goto mechanical pencil the past 10yrs , as an engineer I use them every day. I like the giant extend erasers which are refillable , just twist to extend. This version is the old click on the eraser end to extend the lead , Im not a fan of the new side click ones. These have a much more comfortable grip. Just buy some 😁

Writes perfectly, affordable, durable and well made!

I appreciate the ability to erase and find mechanical pencils comfortable, always sharp, and long lasting. These look so much like pens I have had coworkers pick them up to sign documents. Once they find out I have a pencil they ask to borrow it. I have convinced several to purchase their own.

Everything else seems to have very little thought put into the design. This pencil is far superior; a) shock absorber actually functions as designed, b) rubber on holding area for easy grip, c) eraser erases completely without scuffing up the paper, d) eraser is long enough to last for months. The only things that could make this pencel better are a slightly wider diameter and a thumb-advance on this model which has the shock absorber. Best pencil on the market.
