Presscut Cutting Nesting Dies - Stitch Die Squares

Ideal for making frames that have a slight difference due to the stitch effect. Also ideal for mats.for layering.

For those writing that these don’t cut well they either don’t know their machine or understand how to make a sandwich. These have been fine after running through my big shot with good quality card stock and am looking to buy more.

Echoing other reviewers, the larger dies in the set do require extra shim(s) and some welly - I use not one but two shims extra to the usual 'sandwich' when cutting 300gsm cardstock. Gives the arm muscles a good work-out!Once you've learned your best 'sandwich', you're onto a winner as the patterned die-cuts look very nice. Good for cardmaking particularly, for me, making little layers to mount the sentiments.This cutting issue is true for all the larger dies in the other Presscut stitch-dot nesting die sets (I own them), yet the Presscut plain nesting die sets are excellent throughout (I own them). Basically, Presscut didn't make the stitch-dot cutting edges quite sharp enough, which is a rare dip in quality for them.The smaller dies in this set are fine, however; I put them through a mini-format die-cutting machine, one direction only (no reversing needed), and without the need for any shims at all!The problem isn't a deal-breaker - just pleased be prepared for it, so as to avoid wasting cardstock.

They do what they are supposed to

Nice nested set of dies, use them most days. Very large to nice and small.

I’ve tried to use this a couple of times but my die cutter rejects it half way through and the bit that has gone through has not been cut properly. Disappointed!

These do not cut well. Shame. Lot of money for these but hard to get a clean cut.

I wanted a large frame for an 8 x 8 card to frame my diamond painting designs and for this frame shown in my picture I used the 4th largest size and made my frame by trimming the waste part. These just cut mats but you can make a frame of ant size by using the waste part and then trimming the size of the frame you want. Very versatile
