So far so good - looks and fits like OEM
Some of the my original keys on my 13" MacBook Pro wore down to the white backing so they needed replacing. I looked at a couple of options and figured for $18 I'd give these a try and worst case return it or throw it in the trash if they didn't work. It was easy to replace the keys - I made a thin metal key cap remover that made it super easy. Once the old key was off the new keys were easy to install. Just insert the bottom of the key first then snap the top of the key in place. It took me maybe 10 minutes to replace 9 bad keys. The look and feel of the replacement keys is indistinguishable from the originals. Overall very happy with these. Hopefully they will wear well and last.

They worked for me!
These caps fit flawlessly on my MacBook Air. They look exactly like the original. Make sure to look up online how to safely remove the keys so you do not damage the butterfly hinges.

Some of the keys took a bit of use to push into place…but now they work
The install wasn't hard at all, but a little scary when you pull off the first plastic key. When I installed them, some took some hard repeated clicking to become a reliable key. For a week or so I was not getting an "m" every time I typed it, and sometimes the "c" wouldn't take. I had to purposefully do a lot of hard key punching to make them click into place. Eventually they worked, and all is good. So don't give up faith if it doesn't make the letter right away.

Some keys may be broken upon arrival
N key arrived broken. I was really looking forward to using this for my MacBook Pro; I may order another because the keys look good but I am not sure if I will take the risk again.

great replacement keyboard
I received a MacBook Pro secondhand a while back and a good amount of the keys had worn down to the point that some letters were gone. This replacement set was super easy to install and my keyboard looks good as new!

Letter keys work well, but spacebar key presented problems
I ordered this set to replace several original Macbook keys whose finish had rubbed off...a common problem with this model of keyboard. I replaced the letter keys without issue -- their fit was perfect and the keys operate as expected upon replacement. However, I ran into issues w/ the replacement spacebar key, one of the keys most desperately in need of replacing. The spacebar key I was sent seems noticeably lighter than the original. While this may not be an issue once it's in place on the keyboard, the clips on the back refused to clip in as expected, eventually bending and then breaking. I tried multiple times, always being careful not to force the key in, but I couldn't seat the key correctly. I was able to put the original spacebar key back in place without issue...it clicks right into place. It's possible that the clips on the back of the replacement key might be very slightly off in their positioning, or may be made of weaker plastic and more susceptible to bending. It's also possible I was at fault. But I'm disappointed not to be able to replace the key that most needs replacement.

Perfect match for mid-2018 MacBook Pro 15"
I have a mid-2018 MacBook Pro 15", and in less than one year the black on the most used key caps started coming off, so after two years they were mostly clear plastic with light coming through them, the worst offenders being the Control, left Command and W keys, and Q to a lesser extent. These are the keys that are used to open and close apps, pages, and windows, and zoom in and out with the trackpad. Strangely, the Function key, just to the left of the Control key, which I use often to stop and start dictation, requiring two or more clicks to start, has no defect in the black surfaced at all. So those keys caps must have been defective. Also most recently the control key stopped working when pressed on the bottom edge and then basically popped off when I tried to raise that edge, and would not go back on correctly--I temporarily rotated it 180° and put it back on the clip, to regain function, but it wasn't seated. I had previously read that keyboard repair would require a whole new keyboard, and I didn't feel like parting with my laptop for several days. I ordered this full set of key caps after reading positive reviews, and they match and fit perfectly, and are very easy to install. Luckily I didn't have any damage to the clips underneath. At first I could only see a slight difference in the finish if I shined a bright white LED flashlight on them, but after a few days, I suppose when the oils for my fingers came into the play, I could see no difference even with the flashlight, let alone under halogen or sunlight--they look and work exactly like the original key caps.

Months later, Still happy
Im very particular when it comes to my electronics so replacing the worn key caps on my MacBook was a must. These caps meet all my expectations, they feel high quality, they are well made with crisp corners and precision fit into the housing. the finish on the keys to my eyes are identical to original and after months of use have held up exceptionally. Worth the money
