Was awesome for 15 minutes
Worked awesome, straight out of the box. 11 year old daughter opened it Christmas morning. Battery showed 60% charge, thought we'd let her try it before charging 2-3 hours. She rode it up and down the driveway, over to a neighbors house and headed back home. "Best gift ever mom and dad but the lights are blinking and it won't go anymore" .We thought it must need to be charged, plugged it in and let it sit for 2 hours as battery was originally showing 60% .When time to ride again, unplugged and have 5 green System Status Indicators flashing and beeping non stop. The only way we've found to turn these off is to plug it back in and hit the power button. As soon as unplugged, the green lights start all over again once the power button is pressed. This is getting really annoying to hear. She tried riding it with lights on, but board is DEAD ! We've connected to the App trying to see what's going on, and found when board is plugged in charging, it shows battery at 100%. When unplugged ( and constant flashing and beeping ) it shows battery at 0% .We've been playing with this on and off for going on a day now, tried every "trick" we could find to reset in owners manual and searching web sites. Nothing seems to make a difference. On 12/26/16 I tried calling Swagtron, they do not answer their phones.Decided to call Amazon instead and just spoke with Amazon Customer Service , and had a Rep named Allison, who could not have been more helpful. She is sending a replacement board out, and we will have in two days.I'm not sure if we just had a bad unit, or if these are all still being built as pure junk, but Amazon and especially Allison at least restored my faith in making my purchase through them directly.It's nice to know that you have a company on your side that's got your back when making a fairly expensive transaction with a product that's gotten some real sketchy reviews.We'll see how the next one works before deciding if we're on or off the Swagtron band wagon.Update 2-3-17After two failed Swagtron T3's and terrible customer service dealing with them, we switched to the Razor Hovertrax 2.0 and it has worked flawlessly. Glad to be out of a very bad Swagtron experience.

Question defective producr
Product is awesome when it works but in reading the reviews feel obligated to add my review. Product worked for 24hours then the green lights started flashing and it would not work- I notice similiar complaints from other people. No troubleshooting guidelines in the owners manual. Nothing really online to help. I also called swagtron and got nowhere. Could not get to talk to anyone. It's a shame. The hover board is cool when operating correctly but I am afraid to get another swagtron in case the same thing happens and there is no resource with the company. Amazion is great - they have the best customer service. Disappointed in swagtron. Will not buy another one

Only 2 days of riding enjoyment for my son!
My son got this item for Christmas 12/25/2016. He used it for two days INSIDE. He is 10 years old. It worked fine for two days and today it will not power on or stay on to be able to ride. It is fully charged. We called customer service for Swagway and were on hold 3 times for more than 15 minutes. The third time we called we finally got a rep to try to troubleshoot. We tried to process of reset three times and now we have to return it for a replacement. The replacement is not scheduled to arrive until FEBRUARY 6th! My son is very disappointed. We will try the replacement only because my son would like a new one. Hopefully it will work.

Good WHEN it Works
It's fine when it works. This is number 2 the first one 'died' after 5 days; entered a catatonic state where all it would do was beep continuously. On the Android app The battery charge level showed 100% the Temperature showed 32F (0c) - It wasn't because the board was indoors. The only way to shut up the beeping was to plug the charge cord in again which showed all blue Lights meaning fully charged and then turning the power off on the board and then disconnect the charger. Painful process. So let's hope this one works otherwise my Son will be very disappointed.

Don't buy- major issues, and a major disappointment.
Just awful- a real disappointment. This was the only thing my son really wanted for Christmas, and was overjoyed to use it Christmas Day. He loved it for about two weeks, when it started beeping and wouldn't stop. It couldn't be ridden. Finally got through to Swagtron on the third try, and talked with a very nice lady who had obviously dealt with many similar calls. She walked me through one last try at setting it, then explained the ridiculously long process to return it. Looking for my purchase date after I hung up I saw I could still return it via Amazon instead- postage paid! (Thank you Prime!)Since my son loved it so much I just requested an exchange. New one came very quickly (Prime really does rock), and worked for exactly one day. The very next day the exact same problem happened to the "new" board. Needless to say, is time it is being returned. This is so sad, because when it worked, it was a really fun toy. Please save your money- there are obviously technological issues inherent in this model. If you absolutely must take a chance, use Amazon Prime. Just in case.

We got our hopes up :(
This product was a christmas gift for our 14 year old. This was our second Swagtron T3 as our first one stopped working after a dozen uses. This replacement item stopped working after only a few uses. The color and style were perfect and the blue tooth feature worked well, although for no reason at all this item, just as the last one, just stopped working and will not even power on. We are very disappointed and actively searching for a good replacement. After significant research, and based on the high price point of this item, we though this would have been a good quality item.
