For the money, I'm very impressed with the quality, fit and comfort of these earphones. I was fed of using the typical in-ear buds that would fall out the moment you even thought about them. These sports headphones hold in place during activities (I'm a hiker, not a runner) and the sound quality is very good. You don't need to push them deep in to your ear to keep them in position. The in-line volume and play/pause controls are compatible with both my iPod and my Android phone. There is an optional clip that can be used to secure any part of the wiring to your clothing and a selection of earbuds are included in the set, so that you can find the correct fitting for your ear holes. My only slight gripe (and it's not specific to this brand) is that when you don't wish to wear them but want them to remain plugged in then, hanging from your neck, they are more weighty than earbuds without clips. So far, so good!

these arrived today and i am so pleased i had to write a review straight away. Excellent sound quality. Noise cancellation excellent - even with volume at 2/3 my friend could not hear anything with their ear almost touching mine. Very comfortable - excellent fit. Can't comment on microphone or inline control as i just bought them for standard mp3 player rather than connecting to phone or other device compatible with such control but if it is as good quality as rest of product i would assume inline control works well. A bit more expensive than some other brands available but i am so happy i took a chance on these. Thank you.

comfortable and works well. Sometimes is a little tricky to wrap around the back of my ear, gets caught in my hair a lot. Bought it to take video calls for work on my laptop. I can hear others very clearly. Comes with various sizes of rubber plugs as you'd expect any decent earphones should.

Avantree impressed me when they immediately followed up my purchase with an enquiry into my satisfaction with the product, I explained that although I like the comfort and sound quality, the inline volume control did not work with my iPod. Immediately they got on the case investigating the issue (and not even Sennheiser seemed to be interested in resolving this one). Soon Avantree got back to me to say that although they had been unable to find a way to make their earphones work with my device, they were sending me this upgraded pair of headphones, and they're great, easy on the ears in every way even, if I have to control the iPod volume on the iPod itself. Avantree are now my first port of call for more hardware like this. Not just because they produce good quality product for a reasonable price but because their customer service took my breath away. I bought these to wear as 'in-ear monitors' whilst playing saxophone in a band. My over-ear headphones were too heavy and cumbersome and the sound quality of my ear pods was not great and they wouldn't stay in place. These sports headphones did the job perfectly. Great sound and they didn't fall out!

REVIEW UPDATE: I've now had these earphones for a couple of months, and it's become clear that the in-line microphone quality is really quite bad. So I've lowered my originally 4 star review to a 3, especially since I'm having to buy new earphones for those Zoom calls. Audio Quality: Decent. They won't blow you away -- but they won't disappoint either. They have emphasised bass (like so many nowadays), but the mids and treble are still very present. Another reviewer on here said the audio quality was on par with the earphones you get on flights -- this is simply not true. They are perfectly good for what they are. Functionality: Okay-ish. The earphones are well-built and "solid" feeling, but over long stretches of time they can get uncomfortable -- at least for me. For a run or workout sesh they're fine, but not so much for long stretches watching Netflix etc. Another slight gripe is that the over-ear loops are extremely flexible (see pic), to the extent that they're not really securing anything at all. All they do is stop the earphones falling off completely, if they happen to work their way out of your ears. This means most of their ear grip comes from the small rubber nubbins (?) on the speakers themselves that go in your ear. Thankfully the earphones come with 3 different sizes of the aforementioned nubbins, so you can choose one that suits you best. I needed the big ones.

I bought them to do my Mod1 and Mod2 on motorbike. Very comfortable and I now use them on my phone when I go for a walk to listen to radio and music.

First set I sent for had modern USB type connection, (Model no:- ADHF-L171, which didn’t fit my old portable CD player. My own fault for not looking at the sales details, online. Sent for the correct one, Model no:- ADHF-E171-BLK, whilst waiting for returns label etc. Both articles had arrived pretty quickly. Now I’m using correct model for me, very satisfied, excellent value for money, very good quality, earbuds very comfortable, very long cable length, with useful little cable clip to hold any extra length not needed. Very well designed, using some fresh ideas, I think, with the shaping of the over ear piece, and , if the microphone is the same quality as the rest of the production, I’m sure that is probably very good too, but it was not part of my needs. Took one star off for difficult terms and conditions when trying to return unwanted set. Decided to keep instead of return, and sell the article on, less hassle.

fit over my ears nicely, I do have small ears though. Comfortable, great sound, so happy to have these for sports.

Der Klang ist richtig gut – klar, kräftig und mit sattem Bass. Auch bei höherer Lautstärke bleibt der Sound sauber und angenehm. Sie sitzen bequem am Ohr und eignen sich super für Sport oder unterwegs. Insgesamt ein hochwertiges Produkt mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und würde sie definitiv weiterempfehlen 👍🏼
