I think breakfast sausage is definitely one of the best vegetarian items. I accidentally bought these spicy ones and I'm a real wimp when it comes to spice. But they were awesome! A touch of spice but really more flavor than anything. They cooked up quickly and even my non-vegetarian friends like them. ;)

My family absolutely loves these! I cook them whole or chop them up frozen and cook them into an omelet or macaroni. So many possibilities!

The taste isn't good anymore. The original had coconut oil which made them taste great. They WERE really good. The added canola oil is bad tasting. I don't like the taste of these now.

These are very good. They smell like sausage. The texture is that of sausage. They are easy to cook like sausage. They are Vegan, meaning animal friendly. I have tasted these myself, and they do taste good. I do not eat sausage as a norm, but my non-vegan husband does. I will not cook any animal, so I buy these to cook for my husband, along with non-vegan eggs and non-vegan pancakes. My non-vegan husband loves them. He says you cannot tell the difference between these sausages and sausages made from animals. I tell him... And no animal had to be tortured and slaughtered for you to enjoy your meal and get the nutrients you need from a breakfast.
