Very good product
Very pleased with the basket. It is so practical and lightweight looks good in my bathroom.

Amazing but..
Really great piece, easy to assemble, very sturdy and good value for money. But on one of the laundry bags I couldn’t Velcro it to the bar as there are two strips the same so they don’t stick together. I can easily fix it but would rather not have the hassle. Other than that, definitely worth it!

Lovely but let down by the cloth bags
I was looking for a sturdy laundry hamper with two compartments and strong enough constructions for two cats to sit on since they'll be on it whether it's sturdy or not. The wooden part of this is lovely and, once assembled, seems sturdy. The laundry hampers themselves let it down though. The colour is nowhere near as vivid as in the photos - the blue is more of a washed out denim colour - and the sewing is on the cheap side with misaligned velcro and seams that aren't flat. It's still nice but I would have expected better for the price. Its also worth noting the bags a on the small side and although it says all tools for assembly are included, you will need a screwdriver. It also helps being two since the dowels spin while you screw.

Actually much better than expected!
This wasn't exactly what I wanted, I wanted a unit with a fixed lid (not pull up) and two baskets that pulled/tilted out. However I couldn't find anything like that, so went with this, and I'm so glad I did. Each bag holds approx one load, and we use one for whites/lights and one for darks, then I alternate each day which I wash. So useful to be able to take the whole bag out and tip it into the machine. Then once washed, dried, and folded, I put the clean piles on top of the unit to be put away by each person (plenty of room for 3 piles in a row). It was easy to build and works effectively. Thumbs up.

Not worth the money
Definitely not worth the money, the canvas bags are a lot smaller than I thought and very cheap looking, stitching is wonky and ends overlapping. The frame itself is made of cheap wood. You'd think for the price it would be better made. Also the wrong colour was sent we asked for petrol and got dark grey.

Great piece of furniture but a bit of a nightmare to put together
Self-seating screws are the bane of DIY. While I like the end result, the large amount of swearing trying to put it together wasn't so enjoyable. The screws either wouldn't go in all the way or wouldn't go in at the right angle, no matter how many times we tried to correct them. I'm not bad at putting stuff together, so this was pretty frustrating. The frames for the bags were the worst bit. One of the cylindrical bits of wood split when the screw went in, but getting them in far enough was essential to them fitting in the gap. They seem to be holding up well enough after a few months' use, but I'm worried it will split fully at some point and break.

Knucle barker!
Whilst its assembly is straightforward, requiring only a rather long cross-point screwdriver in addition to the key provided, the design is such that fitting the guide rails to the top is awkward to say the least. The screw holes are, of necessity, close to the edge of the piece meaning that there is little space in which to rotate the screwdriver without skinning one's knuckles in the process.Other than that gripe it is well-made and nicely finished, fitting in with most decors, but quite where the price comes from is a little hard to fathom.
