Relatively easy to install. The directions could be clearer. Overall, well worth the money.

I ordered this Bimini top as a replacement for an older one on my boat (1985 Baretta, 17 ft long Mercruiser 140 inboard, open bow). The reason we wanted to replace the old one was because we could not stand underneath the bimini, and we have a one year old child that needs to be held. I am 5'10 and I am able to stand underneath this bimini easily in my boat.Installation was simple, it consisted of constructing the bimini top (easier than most camping tents), then I placed the bimini top folded on the back of my boat where I wanted it to rest when not in use. This gave me an idea on where to mount the mounting brackets to the boat. Each bracket has two holes that need to be drilled (screws were provided). Once mounted, I then raised and expanded the bimini to determine where I wanted the support straps to be placed (there are 4 of them) and each support strap has a small mounting ring that must also be mounted to the boat. Once the four mounting rings were mounted, the support straps were adjusted to the appropriate length. Installation complete. It took me about 30 minutes.The very first day I used this Bimini, it rained. I was kept nice and dry. Construction seems to be very sturdy, recently it withstood winds of 30-40 mph without any signs of weakening. We live in a very hot and sunny part of Colorado and this bimini is a necessity. Collapsing the Bimini top is simple, just squeeze the clips to release it from the mounted ring on the front of the boat, and lower it down. Wrap the canvas material around the poles and the zippered boot goes right over. Very simple and convenient.The quality of this bimini is top notch. The canvas appears to be of high quality and the frame light and sturdy. It looks great when deployed or when collapsed in it's zippered boot. I will definitely recommend this bimini to others.

Simple enough to assemble and install. Even more simple to pop-up, collapse, and store. Feels very sturdy too! Accurate description measurements as well.

Very nice canopy with stainless fittings at a price much lower than other suppliers. I ordered a second one for another boat.

The quality of the unit is good. I wasn’t crazy about the instructions. Had to figure some of the instructions on my own. But it looks nice and is very sturdy. Will definitely stand speeds in excess of 40 mph

Product arrived damaged unfortunately. It didn't work out for my boat. However things happen, this is a large item to ship and can of course get damaged. Sent it back and received excellent customer service. Received full refund as well as reimbursed for return shipping costs. No complaints, product seemed well made and price is very reasonable. No complaints even though it didn't work for me. Great service

It arrived quickly. Easy install, once I reviewed a video on youtube which showed how to Install the steel tubes in the canvas the Install took 1.5 hours.The canvas is thick and blocks out the sun completely. The frame is sturdy in the wind even with the boat traveling at 40 km per hour. Very easy to set up and to lower it when finished. Also it stores easily in the protective bag when not in use. We are so glad we got this and installed it ourselves. We saved a ton of money. Being shaded from the sun when you want changes the whole boating experience for the better! No need to by a more expensive Bimini, just get this one !

Pretty good product, covering is thin, but does the job, easy to install.

The product was well engineered and installed quickly. I would have preferred metal feet, but cannot quibble because of the price point. This Bimini Top represents excellent value. I will (and have) recommended to friends.
