The product was shipped very fast and was delivered well before the estimated delivery date.Pros:1. The packaging was good.2. A small instruction booklet was there.3. All necessary screws and allen keys were there.4. Assembly was easy.5. Im 5'6" and the chair feels very roomy and sturdy. The support for lower back and neck are adequate.6. I use it for gaming and office and so far feels really comfortable.1. The paint on the base wheel assembly has scratches and rust.2. There was a small issue with one of the rivets at the recline lever. The rivet was stuck inside the reclining gear. Got it fixed myself later.3. The reckline lever feels a bit too hard to press. The other levers are smooth.Cons:Initially thought of returning the item as the rivet was struck and I placed a return request. Later I was able to fix it. But by that time, to my surprise, I received a call from Apex industries asking for the issue. He was very friendly and asked me for photos of the chair. He also sent me photos and video of how to assemble the chair. I told him that issue was resolved and that I would cancel the cancellation request. He offered me his help any time in future should any issue arise.Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with the product and customer support and I really recommend this chair for anyone looking for a good looking comfortable chair for both gaming and office use.

UPDATE;The product was great. But assembly was little bit difficult due to the tight screws. The chair tilting mechanism unit was broken after some months of usage. But to my surprise, I had received a call from Savya Homes to check on the feedback of the chair. When i informed them of the damage, they seent me a new tilting mechanism unit the very next day. It is yet to be delivered as on 15.06.21.The customer service has to be praised for this amazing service.As for the chair, it is a great product. Bu the only negative for me is that the chair seating cushion and the back rest cushion is not very comfortable. It becomes hard over time. Better cushions with memory foam could be used given the high price I had to pay. But overall, iam satisfied.

The media could not be loaded. I thought I got a good bargain when I bought this chair last year for under 10k, but this piece of junk will be a waste of your money and time even if you get it for free. The head/neck and lumbar support cushions are of the poorest quality and the elastic straps wore off under a week. Stability is a big big concern, you’d never feel comfortable or safe with the backrest inclined beyond 120°. The so called rest mode (150°) can only be used by a kid or a brain dead adult who wouldnt mind falling and breaking their back. After using it for 10 months with average use of less than 3-4 hours a day, the class 4 gaslift and the “strong” pneumatic rod has developed mechanical issues that I’ve been trying to get support for since last month. In this quest for support, the closest I have gotten to a resolution is a weekly email that says ‘concerned team will provide resolution on priority within 4-5 days’. The 1 year onsite warranty is to only trick you into buying this junk. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this product and brand.One must also note that the after sales service is provided by a 3rd party company globalbees. I would strongly advocate for globalbees to change their name to globalBS looking at the BS service they offer.

This is a long time review. I have had this chair for about an year now.The chair comes flat packed and is quite easy to assemble. Will recommend a partner's help though.The components are of good quality and are quite sturdy. The pushback mechanism work flawlessly and the chair will hold it's ground even at a 180 degree tilt. Arm rests are adjustable and comfortable.The base is quite wide providing a superior sitting comfort which is coupled with a sculpted backrest which will nestle you for your long hours of work/ gaming. The lumbar support along with the neck rest can do with good quality straps as they expand over time and become loose.I recently reached out to customer support for a replacement of the mechanical plate and the rod which was delivered very promptly within a week. The service was hassle free. It has given me great confidence knowing that the support team is active and responds immediately.Will definitely recommend this chair for those who are in it's budget.

The chair is a bit expensive for its quality, but after lots of research it seems to be the best available in India in this range. My son is very happy with it. It is comfortable and has all the features as described. It is quite difficult to assemble and one part was a bit damaged when it came. This was resolved by calling their customer care and the company sent a person home to replace the damaged piece and assemble the chair within 2 days. So 5 star rating on service. All in all a decent buy, and excellent customer care service.

Very comfortable chair. There are no defects up till now. The warranty period is also long (18 months), so I don't think I will have to worry about any defects in the future too.Overall, 9/10. Will recomend if looking for good quality chair at a reasonable price.
