These are extremely comfortable inner soles. They have made my walking and sport so much more comfortable. I have had bunions removed but still have pain as limited big toes movement . The arch and the mound in the middle of the innersoles have relieved all pain especially when playing tennis. So pleased and bought another pair .

I take size 6 shoes and they fit perfectly.very comfortable

Perfect for my feet. I have tried others which 'do the job' but are not quite so comfortable. Great that you don't need to cut to size as the shaping in the foot bed fits better. Bought on a flash sale but even then I feel they are a little expensive though.

This is an insole that will provide cushioning, some increase in stability and some support below the forefoot with a metatarsal dome pad. Stopping the arch from dropping, is not just about "holding up the arch" - but usually achieved by applying an upward force below the inner (medial) heel bone (usually some form of wedging) which this insole does not have, while the heel area, although cupped, appears to be neutral. Having plenty of space in you shoe, or being able to take out the original insole is important or you may not get your feet in. That said, for the price, this could be a good place to start for many, seeking more foot comfort.

Have problems with my metarsal part of my feet, these take some of the pressure off the ball of my foot, and can say I couldn't walk without them

I’d previously used Supafeet sport orthotic insoles in my running shoes which were recommended by my chiropractor, however always found them a little too hard and stiff so scoured Amazon for something else. I read the reviews on these and thought they’d be worth a try. My arches are definitely dropping and in need of some support, I also get a lot of calf injuries so looking for an orthotic to help. When they arrived I was pleased with the overall look, shape, flexibility etc. They also fitted my size 8/42 running shoes perfectly with no trimming needed. For a thin insole they hold the foot firmly with a good heel cup and strong arch support. I was concerned about the metatarsal support (the lump in the middle) as I couldn’t see how it could be comfortable, but can see the logic behind it. On my first run of 5 miles I could feel it and conscious of it the whole time - ended up thinking I’ll never get used to it. I next transferred them to my walking boots and did a 4 mile walk and was less aware of them. 2nd run, I hardly noticed the metatarsal support and found them very comfortable, so I reckon it’s a case of the feet just getting used to them, and vica versa! I’d have given 5 stars but I’m holding one back until I’ve had a few more runs and then revisit- but so far, so good.

Si adattano benissimo alle scarpe...e sostengono bene il piede...non sono ortopediche ma danno sollievo a chi come me sta moltissime ore in piedi..
