well built, holds a long charge. quick delivery
We live in southern California and the power company (SCE) started implementing rolling blackouts so they don't get sued because of wind causing a fire. These lights are bright and last a long time on one charge. I have a few of these around the house. They complement our generator (also bought on Amazon). Quick charging, doesn't flicker, it can be hung, but we use ours as stand alone lights.

Good light
This is a great emergency lighting source. It holds a charge for a long time. Great to have when the power goes out. Just make sure you don’t misplace the charging cord and put it in the base after use.

great light
the battery life is amazing. the 1st initial charge took about 18 hours so keep that in mind when you charging this thing from 0 as its going to take a while. took 5 days of usage at 8 or more hours per day to get below 75% but above 50% so i'm sure it can go at least 10 days of 8hrs usage at full blast on a single charge without issues. it also have a charge indicator. i think it goes something like solid green until 50% then blinking green between 50 and 25% then blinking red under 25%.the price seem a bit high at 1st but you get what you pay for. it would have been nice to have stronger materials other than plastic for that price but it is what it is. it's still worth it.the wire provided for charging can actually hide under the battery cover. it's not made for that but its just enough to fit in there.brightness isn't the greatest. its 1000 lumens but i think it's more 800. however, while camping it makes things very visible so it's good in that area. the red blinking led when the light is off is a great addition. i know some find it annoying but it help locate the light when its off and its dark. happened to me so i appreciated that feature.overall i would definitely recommend this light for camping or for home as a backup light.

Not too bad
Would be a 5 star product if the light had a variable dimmer rather than set brightness levels.

My second one
I first bought this light 3 years ago. I use it multiple times a week and is always as bright as I want and the battery last a long, long time between charges. It is to expensive but worth the money. I'm frugal but own two of them. You will love this dependable light too.

Just what I was looking for!
What I was looking for in a lantern: Something that put out a lot of light, had a long battery life, and pretty much indestructible. This light has an awesome battery life! Took it on a 3 day camping trip this past weekend, and used it on the high setting the entire time and never had to charge the battery. We used it a lot. My main purpose was to use it as a light above the table, and as you can see from the photo, it puts out a lot of light. (That was high setting in the photo) I unscrewed the top and took it off, and hung it upside down from the attached hook, as you can see in the second photo. We also took it to the beach and used it for hours fishing. Nice to not have to worry about sand or water ruining it. It is pricey, but worth it in my opinion. I was done with expensive propane lanterns that required propane tanks (or fuel) and mantles to buy that kept catching on fire for some reason. It is very small, but that's actually a plus. The only recommendation I would make to the company would be a compartment that you can put the USB charger in. I just keep mine tied around the clip that comes on it, so that works. Apparently you can charge your cell phone on it, but we didn't try out that feature. I am VERY happy with it. It's my new favorite thing.

Probably the best camping lantern out there.
Bright light, I used parchment paper inside the lens to reduce the blinding light. The usb cable to charge these has a longer prong than the standard usb for reach, I tried a standard usb cable and it would not charge. (They should fix this.) The supplied usb cable will store in the bottom. It does not come with a charger but any usb charger will work. I haven't put the battery to test yet.. If it does not live upto the hype I will revise my review. Lithium batteries like to be used and need to be charged every 6 months or so. If you forget to maintain the battery it will die forever. The warranty will be void for storing a dead battery. Let's see if it will go 400 hrs on low. 16 days straight or so..Pros: Bright non flammable light. Compact yet still outperforms my old dual fuel lamps. The usb cable will store in the base. Long battery life.. 16 days on low. Waterproof. Hanging hooks.Cons: The weird usb c charging cable is unique.Staring directly at the light will hurt your eyes.. (use the parchment paper trick.)Lithium batteries have to be used and you can't forget about them for longer than 6-9 months.

Indicators don't work properly
They say solid green light indicates100-70%, blinking green 70-40%, solid red 40-10%, and blinking red 10%. However, from my testing on medium light setting resulted in solid green for 70 hrs, blinking green for 20 hrs, solid red for 10 hrs, blinking red for less than an hour! This is way off from what they say. I know it only lasts for ~100 hrs even though it's rated for 400. But, since I tested on medium strength, I will give them the benefit of the doubt there. But, the indicators being incorrect is just inexcusable. Let's say you see a blinking green light and think you atleast have 40% battery life which should equate to around ~40 hrs in medium setting for it to just die in less than 11 hrs.
