These work very well and can go anywhere with me. So glad I found these.

Seems to help with stuffy nasal passages. Seems to help with irritated mucosa in airways. Seems to help open airways in mild allergenic asthma.Also noted that, for me, the pink Himalayan salt seasoning food, does NOT raise my blood pressure the way refined table salt [the worst!], or even sea salts of various kinds [OK, but can still jack-up blood pressure some]. So with Pink Himalayan salt, I get to have salt on my food, and no penalty for elevated blood pressure from that. So far, using this inhaler does not elevate my blood pressure, either [probably because it is pink himalayan salt].

The first one i got was great helped my breathing a lot these ones had a big hole in the tops so if you shook them stuff started coming out of them and did nothing for my breathing will not get these again

Himalayan salt inhalers, I have bought - prior to this brand - had more KICK!!!

I have an actual inhaler with the salts and it has worked wonders for me. This product however does not. The salt was clumped together so I had to shake/ tap it a few times. The holes/ vents at the bottom are too small for me to be able to get a good breath in. I find myself struggling to breath more with this. It might work for some people. It just didn't for me.

I bought these last month. I thought they were okay. I use it almost daily. Can't really tell it's working.

This product was quite disappointing,Theres an overly large hole this causes alot of waste thru spillage and also a very uncomfortable amount of product to enter your nose.Would not purchase again nor reccomend.Was hoping for a much better experience disappointing.
