Whats the operating temp of loctite 638 tm.....we have hair crack or say void in the mig-welded metal part....resulting into water sippage...

Upto 180 deg Celsius after full cure. But shouldn't be used to fill hair crack. Use Loctite 290 instead for hair cracks.
