First impression was great when I realised that it's like any other bulb. All I did was removed the existing bulb and put this in. So total time of installation for me was 15 seconds. Although the pack does have a holder to install the bulb. Its like installing an ordinary bulb holder, so very easy installation. The light is coooool. It's very very bright. We have a spacious garage and this bulb is brighter than all 4 lights together in the garage. A brilliant design. Look at the pictures attached, it's fantastic.

The single strip light in my garage was inadequate. These Yunlights were a game-changer! They were easy to install, even for someone with rudimentary wiring skills, using the same wiring present for the original strip light, although the Yunlights only require a positive and negative feed, meaning the standard earth wire which features in UK electrics was carefully wired up with insulation tape. Total installation time (including removing the original strip light): between 10 and 15 minutes.My garage is now brightly illuminated to every corner, and if I need to focus light downwards for a particular task, the adjustability of the Yunlights ‘petals’ allows this. I originally thought I might require two Yunlight units, but one is entirely adequate for a single garage.The only negative point is the socket supplied with the Yunlights is cheap and flimsy and certainly not on a par with the quality of the light unit itself. I purchased a better quality socket which was a “people who bought this also purchased..” recommendation, and I encourage anyone purchasing the Yunlights to do the same; but don’t let this one issue deter you from purchasing what is a very good, great value product.

Got this lights mounted in my loft , to replace a fluorescent tube which could`t cover the whole area .Very strong light , they came in set of two and even if I`m using only one of it , the light is more than sufficient .The sides can be adjusted to have a wider light spread or concentrated on a particular area only .As it`s Led technology , they don`t scare off the meter reading and it`s faster to dissipate the heating through the alloy panels.More than sure , I would buy them again , my next in mind being the garage :)

The media could not be loaded.  Does what it’s supposed to , base fitting is cheap and nasty but functionalEasy to fit ( if you not sure get someone who is )Value for money yup sure is if I extend my workshop shed again then would buy these lights againAll in all they are a good purchase and up to the job in hand

Not long installed these lights. For the first time of having a lighting system in my workshop. Before I had a hotchpotch of angle lights etc. Now, the lighting in my workshop is just amazing. The light temperature is almost like working in day light. Sadly one BIG point which saddens me, is that my old radios don't work with them on. Its frequency just gives out a constant noise. Now I have read that this light is no good for DAB radios either. Garages and workshops are meant to have the radio and music playing. So sending it back

I'm recoding videos time to time and this brilliant light is just magnificent. I can create a sunshine like light in my room. Consumption is a bit high but never needed to use more than half an hour per day, and I did not notice any difference on my electric bill. I created my own stand for it and I love the way I can fold the panels to direct the light where needed. Highly recommended for creative people

I bought this to replace two 4 foot long fluorescent tubes. Very easy to install in less than 10 minutes and I was stunned by how bright the light was. Being able to direct the light where you want it is a bonus, but not really needed as one central light lit up my whole garage like it was a bright sunny day.

I was really pleased with these lights but disappointed when one of the units developed a persistent manic flickering. Contacted the supplier 'Fottam' who promptly replaced the unit. Full marks to 'Fottam' for very courteous and efficient customer service.These lights are very bright and highly recommended.
