I discovered Tongkat Ali through Andrew Huberman's podcasts and decided to give it a try. After feeling the effects of it, I ordered from 5 different sources including ebay. I must admit this is the best brand. All other ones the color was brighter and it didn't taste as bitter. Please remember, the more bitter the better. I capsule them up and take it 5 days a week

I mixed 0.2g in a protein shake. Tastes HORRIBLE. Like, it tastes bad enough that I don't really care if it works or not, it's that bad. Maybe I can put it in some food and swallow it. But I'm kind of at a loss.

Thus product would have been good if it came with a measuring cup. Stop being cheap.

Probably the best tongkat on the market, only one that is standardized and held up to the scrutiny that Nootropics Depot is known for. Do your research and keep expectations based in reality.

The quantity is too small looking at the price of purchase and shipping. Then also after paying the shipment fee, when the product finally arrived after four days of delay I needed pay additional shipping fee again. I paid all those monies only to be surprised with just about three teaspoon full product quantity of product. So disappointing!!

I researched this products on the Nootropics Depot site. It's not ground up roots, it 2% extract of the plant. I add the powder to my smoothie. This stuff is so strong that it ruins the taste of the smoothie. It's absolutely horrible. I wish I had ordered the capsules. So I mixed it with a few other powders to dilute it. That way, even though I use a tiny scoop, the taste is bearable. My advice: buy capsules! As for it's effectiveness, I have no idea. I take it on faith that it improves my health.

Out of all the Tongat Ali on Amazon. This comes in the top 10, at #2! Quality, reputable, it just takes longer then other supplements to be shipped for whatever reason.
