Easy and comfortable.
It is very comfortable to wear and sleep with. Seems very accurate as matches a finger one we put on when I'm feeling rough and both are similar to each other. Easy programming and uploading to the app software. No added stress to use and clear results I can take to my physician to read together.

Does NOT have alerts for heart rate.
This device does not have alerts for heart rate on the device or in the app. You can only have alerts for spo2!

Life support for COPD patients
Gives correct oxygen readings all the time and gives out an alarm if oxygen goes down. Comfortable enough to wear day and night but the battery life is around 10 hours so had to buy another for day and night wear. Excellent product

Love it.
Simple to use. I've had no problems at all in syncing. Hardly noticible during sleep. At worst the occasional mild snag on bedclothes etc. I guess the only imponderable is longevity. The rubber ring must have a limit. However, it seems plenty robust for the time being.Edit. Oct 22My views on the unit haven't changed a bit. I find it informative, reassuring and just downright ingenious. However, I will add a word on the syncing of data. The cable supplied can be used only for charging. If you want access to all of YOUR data, you'll need to purchase an additional cable @ about $35 (£30). One of the most expensive usb cable you're likely to find. A real disappointing 'fly' in an othwise admirable ointment. Even if people aren't mugs, it makes them feel like mugs, and the suppliers should be ashamed of themselves.

Very useful monitor
Comfortable to wear all night. Clear easy to read screen. Easy to download onto app & share via e-mail if needed. Only down side I have found is rubber edging around monitor does occasionally come dislodged during the night however this does not effect the working of the monitor. Overall a very useful monitor.

The app crashed
The app crashed and doesn't receive the results from the device. There is no alarm of heart rate, just an alarm of SPO2.

Pulse Oximeter with data analysis app
I'm using this product to monitor sleep patterns. Other pulse oximeters I've used have been the clip type and they can be quite uncomfortable so that I take them off during the night. The soft ring on this one is very comfy. Having the data streams for O2 sat, pulse and movement available for analysis on the same timeline in the smartphone app was essential for my needs. Overall very happy with the device.
