Classic 8" & 10" Frypan Set

I have owned several scan pans, and given them as gifts. They all performed excellently. The non-stick surface works great and is scratch resistant. The structure of the pan is a medium to heavy duty aluminum that cooks evenly.

I absolutely LOVE these scanpans. I do a good amount of cooking (4-5 times a week) and these have held up the entire time. They are super easy to clean and I love the fact that I can use plastic or metal utensils and don't have to worry about them getting damaged. I'm slowly trying to build up my collection as they are not as inexpensive as other nonstick pans. But I figure in the long run, I'll have these pans for a lot longer, making the costs worth it. The 10 inch pan is great for most everyday cooking needs/meals. Where as the 8 inch is great for small sides (grilled onion/bell pepper). Its also perfect size for omelets with no grease or butter needed!

I am very satisfied with these pans. They are medium heavy, not too heavy. Very sturdy. They came promptly and very well packaged, and look better than pictured. They have a great feel to them and cook food nicely. They heat up fast. Cleaning is easy. I decided it was so easy to clean that I don't use my dishwasher, even though the directions state it's dishwasher safe. I also don't use metal utensils even though that's supposed to be okay as well.

Nothing to dislike. Scanpans are the best.

I like it’s using less oil and non stick - 10 1/2” is a bit smaller than what I had in mind - should’ve ordered 11” but it’s more expensive

Great pans that are actually nonstick, cook evenly, are easy to clean, and reasonably priced. My former roommate had a set when we lived together for years and now I’ve loved having my own.

My husband seems to have some kind of physical and/or psychological disorder that makes him completely unable to wash a pan. After spending too much of my life scraping his crusty scrambled eggs out of pans so I could make myself or our child lunch, I donated our old "nonstick" pans to charity and paid a little bit more than I wanted to on these pans. It was worth every single penny. I now only want to divorce him so I can live in a nice, clean, quiet cave all by myself once or twice a week for reasons completely unrelated to dishes. Food just wipes out of these pans with almost no effort even after several months of daily use. When I do eventually snap and cannibalize him, I will for sure cook him in these pans.

Perfect blend between to heavy cast iron and not durable others. They rinse clean with hot water and a wipe, no scrubbing . Nice weight and feel. make good steaks, never achieved that at home. And don't set off smoke alarm.

Super disappointed, as I had thought that I had found the miracle pan for my omellette duties! Worked great for 3 months and after 3 months it was no better than a well seasoned cast iron pan for making eggs. Eggs possible stick to just like they do to my cast iron pan so save your money and buy a cast iron pan instead. Note that as a seasoned cook I have tried various non stick pans and know how to take care of them i.e. cooking on low to medium heat, using wooden spatulas, and cleaning them only when they have cooled off completely. Sad to say that at this price you are only getting snake oil that is from Denmark, instead of China (most non stick pans) or France (in case of T-Fal).

Been using Scanpan products for years. This fry pan series was a great price, however both pans are very shallow, so not that versatile. Will use for omeletes and crepes. Quick to heat up, even cooking, non-stick, fast clean-up. Would purchase from Swissmar again.

So far, so good. Very nice set that washes up nicely and treating them with kid gloves...no metal :-)))
