Is this switch multi-gigabit (tp-link tl-sg2210mp)?

This is a terminology matter. If by "multi-gigabit" you mean compatible with 1gb, 2.5gb, 5gb and 10gb on an RJ45 connector then the answer is no. To gain multi-gigabit you would need the TL-SG3210XHP-M2 switch which gives 8x2.5gb on RJ45 plus two 10GBE uplinks using SFP+. I believe this is intended to drive the higher b/w EAP devices which feature corresponding 2.5gbe connectors. The 2210P, and MP, provide gigabit ports with POE (8) plus two SFP (max 1gb) connections. As there are two POE devices on the TL-SG2210 listing, you need to be quite certain which one meets you needs best.
