This is super easy to make and tastes great. I’m happy to have a healthy option to share with my grandson who also enjoys this broth. Just heat gently, no boiling to get the maximum benefit. I’m making it to take to work this week.

Really delicious miso soup! However, if you follow the packaging instructions, the soup is still pretty watery without much flavor. I used double the amount and that was pretty good. The shelf life is pretty good, I keep mine on a lower shelf in the fridge and its still good. I recommend adding seaweed to your soup while it is boiling to give it a more savory flavor.

Simple miso soup with this is amazing, tastes like restaurant quality. Dashi broth, dried wakame, miso and a bit of garlic powder. And tofu if you have it. Top notch. Will be buying this brand from now on, far better than the thrive market one I was buying before
