Tone's Ground Cardamom, 0.45 Ounce

Could not find this anywhere in Alaska. Found it here on line. Smelled good. Lots of containers for future use. I like this spice in my teas and ginger snaps.

Spices go flat with age and do not taste good if on the shelf too long. I pop these in the freezer and use them when I have a recipe requiring cardamom and this solves the aging issue. They are small and do not take up much freezer space. I wish there were more spices supplied like these in small 6 pkgs. I frequently make cardamom cookies and the family loves them. They have a unique taste and go fast.

This is good stuff. The price was good in 6-pak form. My wife likes to you it for 'unusual' baking, like special breads. The number of little container was immaterial, as we spread joy giving one to other 'bread bakers' in the family.

I love this multipack of small spice containers. It allows me to use the cardamom over time, without so much worry about its losing its potency. Tastes delicious. I love the tiny, flavorful pieces. Not all powdery like other brands. I use it on my oatmeal and in my coffee and chai tea.
