Arch is not too high. Resolved issues with other insoles and a high rigid arch that were uncomfortable on feet.

Perfect, comfortable insert. My sons new basketball shoes came with no arch support, just a hard flat insole. It was awful. These inserts fit perfectly and he loves how they feel!

Sine I bought this and inserted it into my kids running shoes, I have not heard any complaints of "legs hurting". If your kids participate in track and field this is a must have.

My child struggles with foot pain. Now they won’t wear shoes without these inserts, and they say it’s made a huge difference. I can tell by the activities they will do, running and jumping without even thinking about it, whereas before they would carefully walk everywhere. I will absolutely be buying these again!

Helped with my daughter arch support. Her bones failed to fuse and has pain when walking/running. This helped her be more comfortable so she can be active. They lasted a few months but she wore them every day and likes to play hard. We are happy with the product.

I could only fit these in my kids crocs. Would not fit in their Vans or Nike. Made their foot too tall and made the toes pinch. Wouldn’t even fit in their cleats for their sports. Very disappointed, didn’t keep packaging so couldn’t return.

My eight year old son runs long distance.. He was complaining about pain in his feet and legs during and after hard workouts. He said these have helped quite a bit. He told me that they provide good support in the ball, heel, and arch. He said he only wishes they were a little bit thicker.
