What is the cocoa content?

What makes our dark chocolate sauce to be Dark Chocolate is the type of cocoa we have identified and have designed to deliver on "dark chocolate" nuances, & taste. The amount of cocoa we have designed for our Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce is also what makes it taste dark, that bittersweet deep chocolate taste. Unfortunately, we are not at leisure to disclose how much cocoa we use to make it such dark chocolate profile.

Since this is not a question, I will assume you are wondering how it compares to Ghiradelli chocolate syrup. I have used both and prefer the Torani for use in making a mocha latte at home. I like both, they both have good flavor. I think the Ghiradelli is a bit thicker and I usually refrigerate it after opening the Torani I don't. Hope this is the info you are looking for.

Does this work with milk, aka for chocolate milk?

This syrup makes the best hot chocolate. Plus as a cold delicious drink, mix it with milk and sparkling soda ….., like a New York egg cream soda. In a glass 3/4 milk, generous squeeze chocolate syrup, top w club sparkling side. Stir vigorously!!! Addicted!!!
