Are the wheels good for outdoor use?

I believe they are good for outdoor use. A word of caution, if you skate outdoors with the skate they will no longer be suitable for an indoor roller skating rink. You will have to decide if you want outdoor skates or indoor skates but they can't serve both purpose because the wear from outside will make the wheels rough.

What is the hardness of the wheels?

The hardness of the wheels are great! They have held up quite well. My son skates every Friday night and he hasn’t complained about them once! Great quality and for the right price

Should i return my size adult 8s for these 6s because my 8s are a little too big... way bugger than i thought.. or should i wait for a size 7 to resto

Skates (and shoes for that matter) should fit more like a sock. Most of us wear shoes that are too big, thus, we often get skates that are too big. It all depends on how much room you have right now in those 8's as to if you should go down to a 6 or a 7. You want your longest toe to just brush the inside of the toe box, but - of course - you don't want any of your toes to actually have to "bend" to fit into the skate. A couple millimeters of room isn't a big deal. More than that, go down to the 7. If you've got half an inch or more, go for a size 6.
