the Traffic light LED'S arrive very quickly, i applied a 3v voltage to the LED'S via a 220 ohm resistor as instructed in the info on this page, nothing worked. on a closer look these have the resistors already fitted, tried again and all working, the only niggle is the the green LED is not as bright as the other's hence the stars rating, on further inspection they have the same resistor value of 330 ohms. i cannot send these back as i have change the resistor value of the green LED to 220 ohms and they are very much the same brightness

AZDelivery products come cheap and open up the whole hobby for dabblers like me.Unfortunately these lights are scraping the bottom of the barrel.After setting up a traffic light junction spent a long time trying to figure out what was wrong with the wiring or the code in that the green never came on - it did! but is really difficult to see unless you stare at it head on and even then it is about 80% dimmer than the amber and red.These particular leds are old school and take more current than modern ones and reading up I find some leds like green need more 'juice' than say a red.Noticed they had those tiny resistors limiting them so I shorted out the 330ohm resistor on the green and put a 100ohm on the common negative, this dimmed the red and amber a bit (the 100ohm being added to their integrated resistors) but the green became bright enough to use -but still a less than the red&amber glow.Looking up these devices on China shops online I see that now these lights have 0 ohms on green.I think the min resistor should be about 250-300 on any led or you risk damaging the Uno and the Led but the 100ohm I installed got it all four units working without issues. I got a 5 pack of Uno from this company for about 5 quid each so I didn't mind risking it.

I bought the 5 item set, which oddly was cheaper than the 3 item set. They are dead easy to add to an arduino or raspberry pi. The pins already have resistors, so just patch to 3 digital pins and ground and have fun. There are bigger than I expected , but I plan to put them on my train layout. AZ Delivery components always seems to be high quality. Recommended
