StovePipeCat's Awesome Almost Invisible Cat Litter (9 Pounds)

Really great litter, and the only one I use anymore. It does a great job at odor control, allows me to flush solid waste, and I only change it out completely every month or so. I have an upright litter box so no worries about tracking either. I’d highly recommend making the switch to silica specifically with this brand.

What can I say about my favorite product for my cats? I LOVE this litter and so do my cats! There's no smell! I have never been able to find a cat litter that lives up to its claims until now. Other products have strange fragrances in an attempt to cover the waste smell with no success. Others caused my cats to endlessly scratch to cover waste as they obviously did not like the smell. This litter is so easy - you scoop out waste and then stir around the urine spots and the litter. It's like magic! I've asked friends that come over if they can tell that I have cats and they say "no"! They tell me they can smell the difference in my home. My cats are happy and so am I. This is my litter from now on and I'm telling friends to switch too.

This releases some dust when you first pour it but other than that it's great, it's quieter than other non-clay litters and does a good job controlling the smell. I also like that it doesn't dye my white cat's fur the way some other litters do! However, it doesn't last as long as they say it will. I used half the bag in my normal sized litterbox, which according to Almost Invisible should have lasted about 5 weeks, but even with just one 6lb cat and scooping/mixing several times a day, it was gross after 3 weeks. Of course that makes it way more expensive than expected, sigh. But if you have the cash, it's good stuff.

Interesting product. It does NOT clump on liquid waste, you are supposed to stir the mixture thoroughly after removing all solid waste, to distribute scent. I'm still learning how often to change the litter with this, and the smell can become strong during mixing as the liquid is not absorbed.Also, it sounds like your cat is playing in the snow with this litter.

This product was a huge disappointment to me. The texture and appearance are so different from the usual type of cat litter that my cat straight out refused to use it. I waited overnight hoping he would finally use it out of desperation but the next morning he was sitting by the bathroom door meowing in misery. I ended up having to mix it half and half with his usual litter before he finally accepted it. In addition, I don't find the clumping of liquids to be satisfactory at all. It does clump but not well so when I try to scoop out the box I end up with many, many little nuggets that are too small for the scooper to sift. It has only been 1 week and I've decided to get rid of the litter today and replace it with his normal litter. I usually only have to replace it every 3-4 weeks. So that was $32 wasted since it's obviously not a returnable item. I absolutely do not recommend this product.

Within minutes, my entire apartment smelled like urine. The litter was mixed thoroughly each time cats used it, and it still only lasted two days before being completely saturated and unusable. The urine pooled and the crystals clumped at the bottom. My cats absolutely hated using it - one of them was crying constantly. I would not recommend this to anybody.

Best litter EVER! Superior odor absorption, dust free, scoops easily, lasts for over a month - 1 box for 2 cats- and even then it is functioning well still absorbing and without odor. I change it because I don't like to see the darker discoloration. Excellent value price wise because it lasts so long!

My cats used the litter as soon as I poured out the bag. I am very impressed with the odor control and lack of tracking and dust. I do not smell anything even when I am scooping. I am going to buy the bigger box next time.
