I love this product. It really does help to protect hair from all that heal with a blow dryer and curling iron. I have used this product before. Also the product has a very pleasant fragrance when you spray it on your hair.

Been using this stuff for years. I have fine, dense, wavy hair. It very lightweight, so it does not help with frizz, but it is not intended to. I find my hair color stays longer with this product, and has never grown longer than it has the past 2.5 years while using this product with minimal other changes.
