Love this pre workout. It gives me enough energy to do my cardio and training every single day. The taste is also good, not bad at all. It does have amino acids, which is great if you workout very early in the morning while fasting.

This stuff is amazing. I was a little skeptical at first because I don’t do well with caffeine especially because I have an essential tremor that happens all the time especially if I have too much caffeine but when I’m taking it, as long as I’m in motion with working out the tremors do go away. I have a lot more energy when I’m working out and my body doesn’t hurt as much when I’m done working out, I still have a lot of energy. The sugar-free option was a good choice and the flavor is good too.

So, for right now, I'm going to leave a 4-star review, only because I've just received it, and I haven't had a chance to use it for the reason I bought it for, which is to replace sugar-free Monster energy drinks that I would buy everyday before clocking in at work. I'm testing out a single serving of it now, and will update at the end of this upcoming work week. I'll leave a few initial thoughts, for now: 1. I like the presentation of the bottle; clean and precise, informative. 2. The powder, itself, is very fine and dense. I had to give it a little shake to loosen it up a bit. Reaching in to pull the scoop out left a couple finger tips covered in the super fine powder. Not a big deal, just don't spill it on accident. 3. Because of it's density it takes a short bit to get it all dissolved and mixed in, maybe 20 seconds for a couple scoops. The taste is a mild, refreshing flavor. It's not too tart, not too watered down, and easy to swig down. I'm not noticing an overpowering artificial flavor, it's pretty nice, and it doesn't give much of an aftertaste. EDIT: For this particular flavor, there is a very funky aftertaste; almost like morning mouth, or something, lol. 4. I'm getting a bit of an energy pep that isn't making me jittery, or ramping up my heart rate, but I've only taken a single serving of it (100 mg). It's probably good for a small pick-me-up, here and there. EDIT: Energy boost was good. It took my body a while to adjust to using it, after using popular energy drinks. I usually took about 150mg per serving, which is about one can of Monster, and the energy felt a bit cleaner, healthier. It's okay. So far, it's not bad. As I stated, I'll make an update after a week of using more of it before and during work. EDIT 01: I'm going to stick with the 4-star review, for now, and try out the Blue Raspberry flavor. I certainly saved more money, per day, as compared to what I'd spend on other energy drinks. EDIT 02: Blue Raspberry was good. Same points as before, but, for me, there is much less of a nasty aftertaste. I'd recommend this flavor before the Watermelon, absolutely. Pleased with Blue Raspberry; I'll buy it again :)

I use it before training and it helps with energy, focus, and endurance. The amino acids also support muscle recovery. The watermelon flavor ir refreshing and easy to drink.

I used to drink a white monster every morning, until I bought this. It doesnt make me shake like the monsters did. it mixes/dissolves extremely well, has a great taste that matches what the flavor says without a chemical taste. Plus it has some benefits to drinking it. As a case of monsters is reaching 50 bucks for 24 or a single one being over 4 dollars, the price of this is even a win.

Ineffective. Tastes good. Need to take it w/food. Chemically, this probably works for some folks, but did not for me. As an avid outdoor runner, who likes to run late-day; I chose this product because it afforded that post-work / late-day pick me up...but it didn't. Key ingredient is caffeine and then the other fufu items for flavour and micronutrients. On a cellular level, this does not work. Looking to do a 3-10 mile run after this drink? Not sure you need it- eat an apple or banana with some honey and you will get a better benefit at pennies of the cost. On the plus side, when mixed properly, it tastes good.
